- The unedited video was submitted to me by Rolando Reyes via Facebook, he wanted me to share his story to bring more awareness to the situation. After reporting on his story on RUclips, I helped introduced him to an attorney named Brandon Grable who represent Mr. Reyes by filing a lawsuit. That lawsuit was settle for 6 figures with the termination of the arresting officer and retraining of the second officer who assisted in the arrest.
Brandon Grable provided me with the depositions for the lawsuit to add to the final chapter of this story.

He resigned. To avoid being fired to keep his certification. This is the problem. He should never be allowed to have a badge and a gun.
10 minutes drive down the road to the next dept. and you can sign right up as a 'clean' recorded copper.
That's why you need to defend yourself the same way you would against any other violent @sshole. Up to and including using lethal force. Then the violent criminal won't be able to hurt you or anyone else again. You can see here how they get away with assaulting someone and it's no different when they murder someone.
Doing it this way, will lead to ojt "on how 'not' to mess up the same way ...next time.".
In no other line of work.... do they let you quit before getting fired... because they let you know what the consequences will be so they make moves like this to protect the pigs. Pure corrupt worthless unaccountable irresponsible cnts

That officer is such a liar
It’s disgusting

Absolutely amazing how he remembers anything that backs up his story but doesn’t remember anything that discredits him. Cagle is a pathological liar.

Absolutely that's how they train these clowns ...it's how qualified immunity is kept in good standing.....cops pretend they don't know any better. As long as ignorance is projected.... accountability is lost.
I will say it again... Cops don't become psychopaths, psychopaths become cops.

This. It's like how pedõs are attracted to teaching and jobs around kids. They do what gives them the most power over their victims. For cops, it's anyone they can assault.
I’ve been saying this for years 🍻
I think for some of them it's peer pressure. It's a gang.
i don't see the point of saying this obviously untrue statement nor why atleast 175 people like it... it can be both.. or either.. or neither.. spouting just nonsense for no reason other than as a version of verbal vomit.. ACAB but also ignorant idiocy is bad too.
Not only a lying cop, but he’s got a lying lawyer covering for his anger issues.
Really amazes me that he don’t know anything all of a sudden, but if it benefits him he remembers everything
Amazed - not quite the correct word ?
That's called "Selective Memory". I'd bet this also taught at most police academics and I use the word academy with great hesitation. Most academies are thought of as being a "learning" place. Not for police 😢😢😢
To all cops : If public photography is illegal, charge Google. I dare you. If photography of licence plates is illegal, charge everyone with a dash cam. Again, I dare you.
Thank you.
Maybe they shouldn't but the plate on the outside of the car
That would be a Double dog dare.
Not to mention cops cameras and every security camera.
What policeman actually really thinks that its illegal to record license plates?
Keep your eyes straight, look straight ahead as you walk thru the wall mart parking lot.. dont drive thru the lot with your dash cam turned on..
It is amazing how their memory gets foggy when they don’t want to tell the truth
Think of the damage this substandard cop has inflicted on the public in his tyrannical career
They are so tough on the scene and so timid when they are the ones being questioned. It's an amazing transformation.
It is amazing ... even more amazing is a judicial that goes along with obvious police perjury and fails to hold them to same standards as the rest of us.
Not so confident now is he . No way did he think it was illegal to film number plates
Then their memory becomes razor sharp when it comes to testifying against citizens.

THIS IS PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF PERSON WE DO NOT WANT AS AN OFFICER!
Correct. Not knowledgeable of our constitution or the rights of free citizens, freely makes up "laws" to compensate for ignorance, ego driven, vengeful and prefers lies over truth.
Mendoza didn’t even notice or cared that this citizen was standing there until Officer Tyrant started the escalation.
Cops today are told to Terminate anyone who challenges their perceived authority or knowledge of Law. "Rod Class WARNING; Corruption Ahead". and "Rod Class Attorneys Confession". All law enforcement have to take an Oath to the Fraternal Order of Freemasonry, where secrets are kept and they all purposely plot against the People.
Officer tyrant was telling him what to do!
And yet, he still backed up the other cop and helped violate a citizen..
@@falseprophet1024 They are drinking buddies. Pullman posted the full body cam that shows before the guy recording ever showed up officer Tyrant played a prank on Mendoza and him and the other officers and firemen had a big laugh about it. Officer Tyrant heard it was Mendoza at the traffic accident and he headed over to see if his prank he had set up a few days before on Mendoza was still good so he could reveal it to Mendoza and all of the guys there. That was the purpose of officer Tyrant being there.
Essasive use of force resulting in more than superficial injuries plus multiple violations of U.S. constitutionally protected civil rts activity occurred

And yet the supreme court says that is ok!
I just watched another cop of 20 years not knowing a damn thing about the law, it's the cop that arrested the girl for taking pictures outside the courthouse, and even said the judge wanted her camera to delete the pictures.

It's amazing how aggressively confident cops act out in the field about what the laws are and what their authority allows them. Get them in a courtroom setting and it becomes, "I don't know" "I wasn't sure" "Nobody told me" "I forget" "I don't recall"
I was thinking the same thing. Out in the field he is all Mr Tough cop in the court room he’s all meek… with the “I dont knows and I dont recalls”…coz he cant say I tackled him to the ground because he pissed me off which we all know is the REAL reason.

❤I wonder that myself. How many innocent people are arrested ,charged ,put in jail or prison . I get cops have hard jobs at times . I really do believe they do put their lives in danger but some are just not good officers . I want cops on our streets . I just want honest cops who have think skin to handle some people. Because people get upset when they feel or know they are not guilty and start getting scared or starts being mouthy so in these and all incidents officers need to deescalate the situation not beat up a man or woman . I've come across mostly good cops . Thankfully. Had a few in my life that where trying to be rude or maybe tryed to make me feel like I was a criminal but I always just said " yes sir " and just tryed to go with the flow to not make them mad and thankfully it worked . But the bad cops does make it hard to trust all . I'm all for police but I do think they all need training and lots . And de-escalation skills . Plus need to have descent communication skills and need to know the law . I know their not perfect and make mistakes especially rookies but the ones that have been officers and climbed the ranks should know they can't let their emotions of anger or ego make them do something violent .I do want cops but just hope they start getting more training . I want them safe and us .
Make officers carry malpractice insurance like doctors. End taxpayer funded lawsuits. End qualified immunity, if a cop can’t get insured that cop can’t work.
More like every private sector professional employee that has a certification.
I’m in agreement but disagree at the same time. I haven’t thought it all through. I like the idea of having officers fund their own liability instead of the taxpayers. However I believe that that would create something as bad as unions. Just another organization that would be difficult for the average person to defend themselves against. In saying that I’ve just realized that I should make a donation to a legal defense organization or two.
@@earache_srt8790 while I totally understand your concern about then having to deal with insurance companies, I think the balancing of then having the wide world of personal injury lawyers to take your case vs. the difficulty of finding a constitutional attorney. The mountain would move a little bit closer. I don’t know of a better system… I wish I had. But having an independent agency at risk, not a governmental one, would be a better overall solution. Dependent on the case, you may be facing the Federal government as well as state and local and their vast budget and advantage under the law. Removing these huge hurdles would make the system more balanced - not perfect, but better.
I think a system much like the interstate truckers that is regulated by the Federal government would likely work for cops. The nation wide database that is maintained about every trucker makes keeping up with their driving record pretty clear. It’s not perfect either but it’s better than it was before.

What's really criminal is when the prosecutor continues to back the officer and offers a deal to a citizen as a way of blackmailing them to avoid these lawsuits! Some back down not wanting to go to jail for even one day! I'd turn around, tell them to hook me up, and "keep me for as long as you want!" It only makes the judgement higher when officials are this stupid! How can they believe they're in the right trying to preclude public picture taking or videos? It's insane! After saying he reviewed the videos several times
The other thing that strikes me is when police officers have beaten someone in an interaction there is very little concern for their injuries or welfare but everyone in law enforcement on scene is extremely concerned and keen to take many photos as “ Evidence “ if the office has a scratch or a broken finger nail .
Suspect is facing jail time and plea deals , gain evidence for state.
Well cops beat my dad to death and arrived at the station dead
No law enforcement officer should be allowed to resign in lieu of being terminated. No investigation of any type of wrong doing (policy, criminal, or Civil Rights) should just stop because an officer resigns.
They didn't want to terminate him. They just politely asked him to move over to the next town
The resign because terminations trigger post certification hearings.
At the core, this is simply a criminal case. Honestly, though, anyone else doing the same thing would probably have gotten just probation.
That being said, this criminal assault being carried out under the color of law should have garnered a few years in state prison. A cop assaulting someone is waaay different than some Average Joe doing the same thing.

The reason that many of these regulations aren't committed to memory and taken to heart is that they're going to be overwritten by what they happen to feel like doing at any given time. I had better jailers than the cops that arrested me.
Cagle made C's and D's in high school. Cagle continues to dork up.
Amazing to hear a professional liars testimony. Fantastic use of selective memory and doublespeak!
Cops never remember anything that goes against their narrative. I do love that it looks like he is nervous as hell having to answer lawyers questions sitting there breathing heavy and wheezing. 😂
"I took all these training courses, but I don't remember taking them and I don't remember the contents of them." This testimony proves this person cannot be trained and should never be employed as anything other than a ditch digger ever again.
They know if they acknowledge what they've been trained on it can be used against them next time and they can't fake ignorance when they want to arrest someone for .
Digging ditches takes energy, this guy sounds like he definitely couldn't do it.
Perfect qualifications for a cop.
I'm just saying I dig ditches and it's a pretty damn good living I make a lot more than police officers
This donut couldn’t get his p***s wet in a shower let alone dig a ditch 😂
So a certain amount of force can be used ‘as necessary to effect an arrest’.
And the cop thinks that ‘because I didn’t arrest him’ is a defence?
Seriously, if you didn’t arrest him, then no amount of force could be deemed necessary!
That’s exactly how stupid cops are! Can’t see the trap that he walked himself into.
How many times have you heard someone say that cop sure is smart? Im 57 and have never heard those words uttered in my lifetime.
@@onionhead5780 never. They're the bottom of the barrel.
And how the hell can Pigs have tattoos covering there entire arms. It symbolizes certain groups like bikers, convicted criminals, nazis, prisoners of war. And now cops. Basically saying u f uck with us u die..
We are all born stupid some become smarter seeking knowledge while many today become even dumber then they have kids which are dumber then there parents. Lol
98% of these videos they have straight up lied on or about the person that becomes a victim because of their lies. They continue to get away with this shyt because of the no good DA's and judges who fail to prosecute them along with the bullcrap qualified immunity.
Masterclass on How to not take accountability
Never settle!!!!!!!!
Sue em all the way then go to military and have em tried for treason!!!!!
What this cop can't do is tell the truth
And breathe! Must be allergic to the truth. Do you hear how he’s wheezing?
That's just it tho isn't it. He's not and never was a cop he was and is nothing but a Thug. A two bit Thug.
Whilst it stands on his shoulders and speaks far louder than anything he says
@@k8schu102 everytime a new question is coming from the interviewer, not so much ( /@all) when more focused / speaking?
Constitutionally incapable of telling the truth.
One officer says it is an active scene while the other officer says the scene is now over and thus, not active.
All that tax payer money to train and pay his salary, yet he believes recording license plates is illegal.
Whichever lie seems the most convincing, they will spew. It’s always a gamble.
If it was a scene where forensic evidence would need to be preserved and sterile, it would be taped off. Obviously, this was just a non-fatal vehicle accident, so there was no evidence to be contaminated.
Its crazy how in this field of work. They all have very similar qualifications, behavior patterns, personalities
This is typical of ALL cops that get caught lying. They will never admit to lying because they know how much trouble they'll get in. This guy's not stupid, this guy just knows he screwed up, got caught, and now he's being very careful to not say anything that will get him into deeper hot water!
I have a BS degree in teaching. I graduated from college in 1970. I remember courses I had to take, like Anatomy and Physiology, Kenesiology, First Aid, etc. I was in a profession where I was not issued a badge or gun, but was responsible for dealing with the public. How can these people with 6 weeks of training in the police academy, not remember what they learned in dealing with the public. From watching many videos, it's puzzling how a large number of cops don't remember their training. Additionally, they get hired at a higher salary than teachers. This needs to be addressed on a national level.
Cagle made C's and D's in high school. Cagle continues to dork up.
They want reactionaries not thinkers
Hard to remember anything when they are hired with an upper limit of 85 for intelligence.
Similarly, how many officers with "20 years experience" don't know what is needed to detain someone.
@@jeremykothe2847 Evidently, there are many so-called experienced officers who don't know the law. They have operated under ego reinforced by a badge and a gun!
He said, "the accident scene is done" and "this scene is over" .. So, there was no reason for him to be required to leave.
The problem with policing in this country is the quality of people that get hired (for the most part) has gone to hell in a hand basket. The lack of training and the lack of requalifying for the importance of having good intelligent officers on the street has been abandoned by those in charge. Before anything can be fixed in this country we need to eliminate qualified immunity.
1st he blames the victim then he blames his dept for not training him then he's shown he's been trained and claims he didn't remember it If I rob a bank and don't remember it I'm still going to jail . He should be arrested for assault and battery damage to property and kidnapping and theft of property just like would happen to me if I did it
So the city settled, taxpayers had to pay the money, this coward got to resign and walk free of any consequences. How sick is that system???
It's sick very sick, especially since we all pay this guy's wages.
As he resigned everyone should watch out for this guy coming to (or already being at)a police department near YOU
You can hear by his breathing that he is absolutely crapping himself!!! Good !
AND THERE ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT A COP WOULD ONLY TELL THE TRUTH AND THE WHOLE TRUTH UNDER OATH. 😂😂😂
...you mean, like the jury?
@@alexandermacgowan9951 yes jury's in America where having a knowledge of the law precludes you from serving on the jury. Just the knowledge of the legal concept of jury nullification will always mean you're dismissed from serving on a jury. What kind of justice system doesn't want people who understand the laws to be on a jury? Doesn't sound like justice to me.
I’m so proud of these auditors and so ashamed of the police who trample our rights. Every mayor, governor, police officer and department head needs to watch 100 hours of these types of videos. When looking for crime videos on RUclips you are just as likely to find examples of cops breaking the law as true criminals.
So true
He wasn’t an auditor. He was just a local news blogger.
Cop's are the " TRUE CRIMINALS "
Such viewings by these officials won't dissuade viewpoints that originate from closed minds.
yes and told if they dont straighten the cops out they can forget public service because there will be immediate recall elections.
