The 787-10 and refurbished 777’s have doors in First making them suites as well.
It really needs it given Club Suite is over 50% rolled out with doors. Then again the product on the 787 is very private
Oh jeez, the dreaded A10 gate! Was very lucky when I went to Toronto last year that we went from one of the B or C gates [can't remember which one now!] but spent the month or so beforehand checking to see if it went from that gate very often. Thankfully not.
In terms of scone: cream then jam. But either way is fine!
Sounds lovely except for the stress of which gate. They actually didn't tell people in the lounge. I asked the staff so some people turned up to the plane just as boarding was closing. Ironically it departed from a C bus gate 😂😭
I flew to Miami business class on April 20th on the 380 double decker plane what an experience so quiet no engine noise, service was excellent food delicious entertainment was good, We asked the stewardess if first class was really worth the extra money she showed us the first class cabin I will say yes it is, and from your video would love to try it next time, Flew back to London on American 777-300 seat wise great space, service very poor and food terrible never again BA is way better for the money
That's an interesting account. The only thing that stick in our head on AA was the pudding 🍧🍨as for BA on the A380 it's a little different from the one on the 787. Apparently large though 👍glad you had a good time

One way is 90,000 avios + fees
If you managed to get a 2for1 voucher from spending on the British Airways American Express then this halves the amount of avios for 1 or 2 people
A50% discount on the avios! 👍
Fees are still full price either way.

Looks like BA finally got rid of these backwards facing seats in the Club World cabin.
They still exist on the 787-8/ 787-9 and the A380. The 777s are hit and miss depending on if it's Gatwick or Heathrow

Thanks for your reply. I honestly hate those seats. I get sick sitting backwards. Luckily, my next flight is with KLM, where all seats are facing forwards.
@@BirteK1975 that made me laugh 😂 we totally get that! Something very odd about feeling the take off backwards! ✈️ On the plus side the window seats are possibly the only Business Class seats in the sky to have nearly 3 windows
Curious what time/day you travelled? BA indicates on BA0053 they use a 777 with their new first product on the 9:50 morning flight..

The cleaning standards on BA flights are embarrassing sometimes. Ive been on flights where it's downright gross. It doesnt matter what class you fly in, that is a vare minimum 🤢
What free samples have you found? I admit I have become a bit wary since I found out apparently 80% of people who go on holiday come back with some sort of illness minor or not because of tiredness, bacteria and jet lag.
@@liftoffandtravel food and drink residues normally, or discarded litter. All things you think would be easily spotted in a proper clean.....
