Thanks a lot guys! I was about to have epidural injections in my lower spine but I have since identified my issue as piriformis syndrome and found an extremely painful trigger spot on the left buttocks. Got the handheld massager and now I can walk without the cane! Continuing daily and it really helps.

I've had this pain for like 20 something years and were just learning about "false sciatica"?! What a great time to be alive! I don't have to have this much longer!! 😁😁 Why yes. I've been asleep all day because I was massaging with my gua sha tool last night and boy, what a rough day. I definitely just am tired of being in pain. This is right on time for me. Much love, y'all.

I don’t understand how I’ve learned more on your channel then my own doctor. We know it don’t have a herniated disk … or sciatica issues after images done. But why they didn’t think of this blows my mind. All my symptoms connect this and the FAIR test aggravates it even more. I bought a Bob and Brad gun a year ago after watching you guys. Hopefully this is it !! And I can move forward with recovery for good!!!

I want to thank you guys. I had a debilitating deep gluteal spasm at the gym. Watched your video and a couple others. Stretches helped some. The massage gun REALLY helped -- enough to try the gym next day. Worked out after foam rolling and stretches, was able to do a full workout including legs -and after a few leg exercises the pain completely subsided. The massager made the difference.

UPDATE: I got my Q2 Mini Massage Gun a few days back and been stupid busy until this morning. OMG. I cried (tears of joy and relief) while I used it on my thigh muscles and calf muscles the release of tension. It felt WONDERFUL! It's so quiet and so easy to use. In the mornings sitting at the table eating breakfast, if I have to get up for any reason it's done very slowly due to so much stiffness and pain in knees legs, back. I sat there using the Q2 and the relaxing of the thigh muscles....wow....don't know what else to say. After I stopped, I got up without any stiffness. I'm truly looking forward to using it daily. THANK YOU BOTH for making this for all of us who suffer out there!!!

Another UPDATE. From the early 90s I began experiencing intense muscle seizures after a really bad reaction to vaccine in the military. Yes, NOT CRAMPS, not charlie horses. These were SEIZURES in my calves. Always happening in the hours between 12am and 5am. They would wake me up with such intense pain. Then for days my calves would ache horribly. It has left me with knots in my calves that because they are there, make them even more vulnerable to doing it again. I have been taking VitD , Calcium and Magnesium now for several years which has helped alot but I still get them. In the past few days I have been working on these with the Q2 gun and to my amazement they are diminishing. When I first began, they were EXTREMELY tender but I did the gradual thing, working around them then zeroing in. Relief for the first time in what...3 decades. 30 years!!!
Thank you Bob and Brad! THANK YOU!!!

This is EXACTLY what is wrong with my left side. I've gone to PT for it, they used E-Stim and that helped tremendously but you have to have the right therapist doing it for you. It isn't just about the certification. The very first time I had it done, the therapist went in lightly with the stimulation and that helped. Then she slowly bumped up the electrical stimulation. That released it after YEARS of pain. I went home in tears of joy that day.
I had to go back after about a year and have it done again. Now it's been a couple of years or more and it's plaguing me again and now I can't get there due to other health problems keeping me at home. (NOT COVID). I'm hoping to gain some information here that will help me do something to get relief here at home. Okay, going back to watching now :)

This is my exact problem also - I have lower leg false sciatica from the tight Piriformis muscles - which have been tight my entire life even though I have loose ligaments when I stretch. Now at 61 it has affected my whole left leg. I bought the larger percussion gun about 3 months ago and it's wonderful - I use the round ball type head and it feels great - I need to step it up and get the one that get's more into the painful spots - ouch! I'm going to try the Class 4 Laser treatment next because now I'm having other issues with what I thought was a pulled groin muscle - but may all be associated with this.

20 years ago, I very slightly slipped in the bathroom and was sore in my glute area a few hours later. However, a week later, I just went to bend over to pick something up and something ripped in that area. I couldn’t even walk. It was the worst pain I’ve ever had in my 50 years. It felt like my lower spine was just floating there. That lasted at least a week, then I had horrible muscle spasms for months. I wasn’t able to get to ER at the time (January in Colorado), so it was never treated. I’ve had X-rays and an MRI since then and the spine is okay, so I believe I ripped away the piriformis muscle. I’ve had sharp pain around the area known as the dimples of Venus when I stand or walk more than a few minutes without support. I also have sciatic pain all the way down my leg. All day, every day. A massage gun helps temporarily, at least. And yes, it’s a “hurts so good” pain when I use the gun.

Must say the Bob n Brad T2 gun is AMAZING.
Ive had cheaper ones, which were pretty good ,but dont last.
Which is why i decided to invest in this better one.
Instantly felt the difference. It penetrates much deeper, much more relief.
Running it over my glutes helps so much even though they're so sore if u find that sore spot i just hold still on that area for 20 seconds speed 3 and press hard. The relief ! Follow by hemp oil.
I do it whenever im in pain
Love the case too ! Handy to carry 😊

Also it is more on the outside of my knee, so I'm thinking that it it could be a lateral meniscus tear, But I tried your excercises to see if I have a problem with my meniscus or no. Hey mate polak im not bob or brad but i did cure myself from piriformis.
The answer to your knee problem is to realign your sciatic if its being strangled by the piriformis.
When i corrected my own piriformis i was able to fully flex my leg
Then i pulled my foot up to my chest the .
Kapow. My knee popped into place.

yes toniprrp..I also have spot like pain . about the size of a quarter .....near where i tie the shoe lace...it comes and goes.....i wonder if that is typical of Piriformis....I suggest you do squats because strong glutes soon helped me on toilet seat which used to so painful....i broke my foot twice ..6 months apart....earlier this year ( walking on uneven ground ) and my glutes became woft as a result of immobilization...the bones healed but the left side weakened.

I'm suspect of ordering things like this on Amazon. Can you provide a brand name or website specifically for this massage gun???
ALSO, I'm a petite woman in her 60s and would like to know the brand of the smaller one???

The smaller one is the Bob and Brad Q2 Mini Massage Gun. I ordered it from Amazon - it had excellent independent reviews on it !

We understand, there are some people that are leery of ordering off Amazon. Unfortunately, our massage guns are currently only offered on Amazon. The Q2 Mini Massage gun would be our smaller one, but it still does have intensity. We also have a handheld massager that is a lot less power if you are looking for a softer massage. Here are our links to all our guns, I apologize, they are all thru Amazon : 1) C2 Massage Gun: amzn.to/36pMekg
      2) Q2 Mini Massage Gun: amzn.to/3oSMBu9
      3) Handheld Massager: amzn.to/2TxZBqU

I know this quarter sized spot! I usually will start with the large ball, then move to the flat head, and eventually will take the pointed tip to the spot. It is INTENSE! I am usually sore 2-3 days later.
But I prefer to lay on the non painful side, put a broom stick around my leg to rotate my hip more (ie: ruclips.net/video/QbTekGrsKi8/видео.html), then place that pointed head right in the Quarter sized pain spot.
