Does it work in colder climates like Canada where it's below 0degrees half the year

The quick answer is yes. We have a freeze kit for the reservoir and have tested it down to minus 20° F. The freeze kit has a silicon rubber strip that adheres to the outside of the reservoir. It is thermostatically controlled and only is activated when temps fall below 28° F. Normally off.
The electrolyte in the reservoir solution never freezes solid. It freezes like popsicle ice- kind of slushy.
The heat strip keeps a small channel inside the reservoir warm enough to keep it free of any ice. When the engine warms up, the heat from the engine will melt the reservoir slush totally.
The strip draws only .4 amps when it's activated- about the same as a blue radio dial ..
Hope this answers your question. Thank you.

I'm super confused why a 6.7 Cummins would get that mpg, mine is about 20mpg at that speed

Right? I get 19.5 at 73-75 in my 3500 dually. That rig was obviously tuned….that’s odd. 14 is what stock trucks get.

In a stock setup this is pre def fluid so it's burning fuel in the exhaust to keep the dpf clean. I have a stock 2012 3500 dually 4x4 and i only get 12.5-13mpg. Plus it looks like they have bigger tires on it as well

Mythbusters explain why this doesn't work. Link below.

I contacted Jamie a long time ago and they refused to test our system with me showing them how to install and test it. What they show is real but there will be no increase in mpg the way they show it used. Fake news.
