Kseniya, I just want to thank you for all your effort. I know it's not easy doing all of these videos but you just don't know how big of a blessing you are to all of us who are filing. You give people like me the chance to hug our families again.. especially our parents. 🥺 So, thank you so much.
Hello Kseniya, good morning, I have a question about part #5. My wife has a 20-year-old daughter. She declared her daughter on her last taxes and I have a 2-year-old daughter and I do not declare my daughter on my taxes. Both girls are from previous relationships, but they live with us. Could you help me distribute the size of my house? I will add my income. I am the beneficiary. Do I need to fill out an extra form or will it be enough to upload proof of taxes and work? Thank you
Hi @kseniya , when i login to my ceac, it doesn’t have a section for documents. It just has Fees, Review and Sign. So there’s no actual place to upload the documents. Is this an issue? Because we have since been called for an interview and no officer mentioned anything about it. The interview was only rescheduled so we could bring a missing tax document.
Question, On frame 39:15 Picture shows that Petition Affidavit of Support a copy of tax returned/transcripts and W2s are required, but I filed jointly, do I still need to provide my W2 forms? since I am the only sponsored of the petitioner.
Hi Kseniya, I couldn’t find the video you mentioned at 14:11 on the I-864 play list. I wondered how much more income USCIS is looking for than they listed. Thank you!
Kseniya For clarification even though I cannot financially support the primary principal and his family, as a petitioner I still need to include their number in my household size?
Thank you so much for this informative video. I have a question, if I am applying as sponsor but I file taxes as married filling jointly, so will my spouse also need to be a sponsor as we have to show incomes jointly ?
Hello! Just want to ask, when we submitted our I-864, we only put the 2023 and 2022 for the most recent tax years but my husband filed all 3 recent tax years. Now that my interview is near, should we make an updated I-864 and include the 2021 tax income on the form?
For Federal Tax Return information, it specifically says in parenthesis to enter the adjusted gross income, which is a lower number on my tax returns. Which is correct, because it looks like the information you are providing contradicts what the form says?
thank you so much this video was really helpful, question my mom is a us citizen and im a permanent resident we are trying to bring my brother, can i as a permanent resident be her joint applicant or is it better to be ther adult children that combines my income by submitting i864A?
Awesome information. Thank you, Kseniya. A question: If my joint sponsor files their taxes married jointly, when it comes to Part 6, 16A-C, the total income will include both spouses' incomes, as you state. Does this mean his spouse MUST complete the i-864A as well and be included in Part 6, 8?
Hi Kseniya, Thankyou so much for your helpful videos. They’ve been a lifesaving blessing for me! I have a quick question. I’ve been living in India with my husband for 2 years and have been unemployed for 2 1/2. I was employed at the beginning of 2022, but didn’t make sufficient funds for filing taxes. I’m still confused on what evidence I need to provide for the NVC regarding my unemployment the past 3 years. I see at the end of your video that I should include a letter explaining why I haven’t filed. Is this letter one that I write personally, or do I need to get a letter from the IRS? Is that sufficient or do you know of any more documents I should include? I see online that you can request transcripts with a 4506-T form, however is that necessary for me, or Can I just print from the IRS website the statement that they have no record of me filing taxes the previous years? Should I include for 2024 only or 2023 and 2022 as well? I don’t want to get an RFE even though I’m unemployed.

Many Thanks for this wonderful video! By the way, two questions for you are 1. But I also have a real estate in overseas that may not be easy to cash within 12 months nor prepare evidences to show USCIS, would you still add the real estate to the asset? 2. In part 7, if I do not have anything to write down, am I ok to leave blank or 0.00? Thanks again 😊

I need some advice before submitting my I-864 I’m sponsoring both step-son and husband . I have my 2023 transcript, income is $37,890 “ As most recent “ however I filed exempt all year due to helping my spouse and step son over seas would that affect anything ? I’m also not at the minimum income requirement for 2021-2022 to submit so can
I just submit 2023 transcript with employment verification letter showing current income ? Im scared to submit 2024 w2 with employment letter because I filed showing no withholding again due to helping spouse and stepson. Any advice?
Hello M
Hi Kseniya!
You are a blessing to so many, including myself.
I have a question and would greatly appreciate a response from you.
I will be filing soon, and I've decided to do so concurrently (I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-102 and I-693). Am I on the right track with the payments?
• I-102 = $560
• I-130 & I-130A = $675
• I-485 = $1,440
• I-765 = $520
Total = $3,195
Thank you for all that you do !🤗
Waiting for I-131a
