Well, I think you've got a handle on things.

You're only given as much as you can handle, before going back for seconds

Tim do you do anything to keep your wooden jam chuck from losing grip? I was doing some bottle stopper and kitchenware handles and found that after about 20 handles/stoppers even walnut or maple would become loose and I had to be very delicate with cuts. I ended up building a metal jig with an drill bit and this seems to fit better and has stayed a lot more consistent.

I made my jig from the same wood at the handle. Peruvian Rosewood is very hard. Also it was not a jam fit. I used the tailstock for most of the turning and sanding.

Ha, good one! Especially since it is a handle for a hollowing system🤣

Seem like really short handle for such a big spindle gouge. What’s the context of the production build? Well, should have read the full description, your Elbo hollowing system.

Your drying rack when loaded looked like a bunch of cattails. Nice job. But I don't envy you one bit. Having to make money on a lathe is not my cup of tea. Would rather spend my time doing turning to relax. But, I do understand you have a business to run. Fun fun! $$$

Nope. That is Peruvian Rose Wood. Hard as a rock too. Think I might go with Walnut next time 🙃
