Great vid! I'd recommend Wished Into Being > Heart of the flame. Three orbs and your super is always the way to go over a mod that doesn't do anything solo. 15:07 I use the knifes to take out the eyes, go invis, make an orb, repeat.
The skeletons also tell you if they are left (counterclockwise) or right (clockwise). It’s indicated by which arm the skeleton is using to point at the numbers.

Omnioculus with lament, blinding GL and solar SMG in the fist encounter. Celestrial nighthawk rocket, fusion and solar hand cannon for the second encounter. Swapped to Xenophage at the boss room. Strand for the jumping part at the end. Triple resist mods is a must. Restoration by picking up firesprites + healing grenade + gunpowder gamble
Tomorrow i‘ll try this 2morrow, step by step! My biggest problem are the „die not“ phases (red skull) - you should have 1 or 2 spawns…in the last damage phases i sure die the first time….or before..it’s like a spell 😂

It’s funny that you noticed while a hunter is actively invis - certain enemies can still track you lols. I stated this on a saltagreppo video a few seasons back (it might’ve been twitter i don’t recall) and he said “I don’t think anything has changed”. It started more than a year ago with vex tracking you but not shooting at you, and has just gotten more and more adjusted unfor. Wyverns will stomp you, majors, bosses, etc - other enemy types as well. I believe it’s by design as invis in pve can be very oppressive to map design, but still it’s annoying especially for content like GMs where you might invis and then reposition to heal.
This. They can hear you jump but still don't know where you are. They will turn and move in the direct you jumped at. I've done this intentionally in things like GMs to manipulate the adds to go where I want them to.@@ZeMountainKing

One thing to note, when the yellow scorn knight spawns. Don't weaken him, otherwise he won't spawn the first taken "lantern" thing. I found that out after a few tries.

Cant shoot the first 3 taken eyes fast enough when i get trapped not enough time...the 3rd arrow indicates where it is but never see it and when u die they dont appear in the same spot sometimes there close together somtimes they not and 3 rounds or more cant even get to the damage phase part this is sad the fighting part i can handle
It did for me back when I played on it. I was able to load in the inventory instantly - You have to install the entire game file for Destiny on the SSD, and that's it.
Im a warlock main but the information in this video will still benefit me, i have a crafted regnant grenade launcher will that work? It has spike grenades, envious assassin, and explosive light, they are enhanced as well
I'm power 1824 and no matter what knife I use, I cannot even two tap (knife, dodge, knife) any of the adds. Regardless of head shot or leg shot, even while radiant. How do you one shot them with the melee?
A couple tips that might help: Try looking up as soon as you get transported into the cage. The eyes are normally high up and get lower in your field of vision as the cage goes up. So look up and twirl around then look straight ahead and twirl, and finally twirl low if you missed one. The other option is to use arc souls. A third option is to emote as soon as you get transported, but it depends on the emote as some emotes take longer or don't give you enough field of view. A forth option is to use a sword, to give you 3rd person field of view. That can be tricky because it limits your options for dps. It almost forces you to use Lament because it refunds health on when striking the boss. Also if you are in next gen console or PC, chck your FOV. I think what kills the most is twirling around too fast or too slow. Look around at an even pace and don't panic when you're missing one. If you're missing just one, it most likely will be down low because the cage is going to be pretty high up at that point. Good luck!

Builds will only get you so far- look at how I move/use cover and deal with the ads. Also, if you’re dying on DPS, then be chill do more phases. Are you running tier 10 resil? I’m in controller and my buttons are a heavy, b energy, y kinetic , b weapon alt mode My d pad l,r’d are reload melee and powered melee remapped to paddles (elite controller) d pad u + y,x, a, b ate my emotes .a+x = super Not perfect but it works . Just an example Hope somebody gets some ideas from this.
It's the 3 knives options - Im pretty sure you have to hit all the 3 of the knives on a minor add, then you should be able to hit them with 2 knives and you'll be good. Hope that helps thanks for watching!!!

Bruh. A single swap isn’t crazy. It’s easy. Crazy swaps are when you see 3-5 swaps in a single boss fight. Watch some of the people who solo it, not using these strats. Literally multiple changes to change exotics, charges and more. One swap will NOT break the game.
That’s not a crazy swap - if you had watched the detail part of the encounter, I go over how it’s easy. Crazy season is like where you have 3-4 swaps while enemies are surrounding you. In my version, you’re in cover, no enemies are around you, then proceeds to play safe.
I interpreted it as no swaps period. I guess “crazy swaps” is subjective. Either way, thanks for the vid. I used an earlier vid u made to get to boss solo. Can’t beat him tho.
One swap while in cover during a long damage phase is not crazy. (Like I said in the video) Also, you don’t need to swap at all, it just takes longer if you don’t. You do what you’re capable of. If you can swap, do it - if you can’t, don’t.
You weren’t listening: I said no “crazy” loadout swaps. I’ve seen damage phases that creators do that require 3 changes. For me, max of one. And generally other than the 1st fight, I generally do it when there is downtime in the fight. The Devils in the detail bruh. Hope that makes more sense since you missed it.

@@00chaka might I suggest, the other item I mentioned in the video - an external SSD. Made a huge difference when I played on console. Definitely makes a difference on swaps. My problem is how are you swapping exotics once you have your super every time I do it drops all my class perks down to zero and my super… so pissed I wasted an hour fixing this build just so I could get smacked… don’t listen to this video not worth the time
That's because you didn't remember an important detail that I covered in the video - YOU MUST have matching aspects and fragments on BOTH builds. If anything is changed between the 2 builds in this regard, you will lose your super. You just missed a detail, it's understandable. Try again, and hopefully, you will struggle less!
Most ppl just are not good enough to solo shit....myself included. Stop with the clickbait. Me and my friends who play it have a hard time clearing it with 3 using these builds. How are you getting one throw kills on those orange bar enemies and scorn with their shields. Not killing every time I throw just makes it so darn hard.
Solo operator artifact mod makes you do more damage when solo so that might be the difference. Also the curse melee scorn that come after you may outnumber you in a fireteam but in solo it spawns only one against you which helps a bunch haha.
I totally get your frustration, dude. How to "easily" solo xyz, is a little misleading. The youtubers do have good intentions and need to sound positive. I'm an average player that has solo flawlessed the last four dungeons and I know now it takes me about 10 days of only playing the dungeon to get the solo and about another 2 more days to get the flawless. So I know what to expect. I think the problem stems from that these guides come out within a few days(not this one,though), and these players simply don't die enough to feel the pain, compared to average players like me, that die to stupid stuff 1000 times.
Gotcha. I also feel like all of these D2 youtubers play on PC. I have never played Destiny on PC but it looks like it would be much easier due to the preciseness of keyboard and mouse and higher settings. It also seems like they most likely edit their best gameplay to showcase. While I appreciate the tips, the whole "anyone can do it easily" just isn't the case. @@nikolasb5111

Great guide - I need the warlock set up as the damage feels low. I have soloed this dungeon but it took over 2 hours and was painful.

For some of you who dont know, you can use knives on the taken eyes to proc the assassin's cowl's invis.
I do this when I'm running around on the left hand side of the map for sure!

I think a blight resistance mod for your armour would be so much better for especially for end game content like this

From what I've noticed, they can hear you when you perform certain actions, like doing a double jump or activating your dodge.

Part of that is the Scorn lantern bug that is currently an issue - they should be spawning them more often, and Bungie says that a patch is coming

About the quick swap, i KNOW it ain't possible on an original xbox one and no SSD can fix that(at least for me).

Ngl, had my finisher on double press left trigger (aim button), been doing great for me.
@@patyolo9627 yeah I forgot to mention alternating between press, double press and hold also helps to divide up your command inputs.
In the first encounter how in the world do his knives come back so fast even when he doesn’t dodge???
Most likely the buff is still up. Or just collecting orbs for melee energy.

Your loadouts have different fragments/aspects. They have to be matching completely to make sure you don’t lose super

How do you not lose ur super swaping Loadouts
Make sure all your fragments and aspects and supers are ALL MATCHING. That is the only reason you'd lose your super.

Practice dude. It's mainly knowing where enemies spawn and calming that brain down a little.

Gotcha. I also feel like all of these D2 youtubers play on PC. I have never played Destiny on PC but it looks like it would be much easier due to the preciseness of keyboard and mouse and higher settings. It also seems like they most likely edit their best gameplay to showcase. While I appreciate the tips, the whole "anyone can do it easily" just isn't the case. @@nikolasb5111
