Love my 2021 Torch Red LT2 coupe too! we have had a few - 1960 (a rehab we wanted to do but couldnt afford but loved that car!), 1968 which also ran at Lime Rock and then our current Roman Red 1960 authentic FI which we LOVE! Was not a fan of the C5/6, was thinking about a C7 and then came the C8! Never did we think we would own 2 at the same time - but while the C1 is a stitch to drive and we have lovingly restored, its not a cruiser as the seats are a 2 hour ride at most. The C8 is fun to drive, easy on the gas milage (that was a BIG surprise) and one of the most fun yet comfortable cars to drive. LOVE it and it stays true to the corvette heritage. With the exception of the lift which we dont need, the only thing we got that might be a waste was the engine appearance package - however - its also the one thing we love about the car with that big window. Have fun - we are!
Thank you for sharing, and congratulations! When I worked at GM up until a few years ago, I presented an invention to the chief engineer (great guy) and he liked the idea, but it was too late to make it into the C8 production schedule.
Just received my 2023 c8 stingray Hypersonic Gray mayali, LT3, Magnetic Ride, Front lift, black with stealth interior, rockers, carbon black mirrors, rear spoiler stealth exterior badges, red engine cover etc. First drive today and what a feeling you get driving it. It's just a beautiful combination. The dealer never seen one like this and the dealership cleared out to look at it. Just awesome. Still breaking it in. Will change tranny filter and will add 2 quarts of tranny fluid at 1500 miles to keep things cooler. Absolutely love the new mid engine corvette. It's finely in a suoercar category without the price. Thanks for the video. Cheers!
I just got my 2023 corvette convertible 3LT this past Saturday...just driving it for 2 days I love it...I also have the 70 anniversary package on it with the carbon flash metallic with the 70th badge on the side of the car
Thanks for the review. I recently picked up a 2022 C8 / Z51 package used. I'm curious, about the Waterford track where you tracked your C8. Did you need to do anything special for tracking your C8" Like high temp brake fluid, or tire adjustments as recommended in the owners manual? Thanks!
Except you’re not looking at the engine. You’re looking at a inexpensive plastic engine cover. Which is one of several reasons why I elected to go for the hardtop convertible.
@@johndillingerthe2nd920 perhaps you should take a look at how it’s done right, by looking at a Ferrari engine. I have the HTC, so I don’t have to look at a crappy painted piece of plastic.
The C8 comes with everything you need for unbelievable performance...you don't need the luxury items...heated seats and heated steering wheel or heated outside mirrors....heads up display ...power lumbar. save the extra 8,000 and get the Z51 with an extra set of all season tires and wheels...money much better spent...1lt is all that is required for the driver.
2LT is the best package. Your C8 is gorgeous.

Excellent video
I got my 2023 C8 LT1 Z51 70th anniversary last week, added my own carbon 😅
Just Need the Clear Panorama Roof!
Save for the yellow calipers, it's a good looking machine.👍

magnificent world-beating All American supersportscar.

Would u rather see the valves and camshaft?? You act like every other car had a glass engine exterior parts

I have a torch red HTC in Dallas and nobody ever looks at it or says anything haha I don’t understand.
Where do you use the front air lift ?
Anytime I have a steep driveway entrance and I don't want it scraping on the ground.
@@FindtheRightRoad ohh no I mean, is there a certain button you press ? I have a 2023 C8 and can’t find how to use the front air lift
@@socallawrence Right in front of the dial to change the drive modes.
@@FindtheRightRoad Shoot I need to use that ! I already chipped the front lip of my aero kit 😬

@hey it's pete Not the driver!....ha ha ha
Maybe you brokie. I got both
@@MooMoo69556 That's the greatness of the C8...."me broke" can have the same performance as you "got both"
Great video. Now, what are the 5 things you hate/dislike about your 2023 C8? Looking forward to your next video.
It is on my channel ! Check it out...
I just hate that the infotainment systems are complete garbage in American cars. I definitely wanna get this though
The spoiler spoils the otherwise gorgeous looks! Better looking than the 2022 C8.
