I LOVE that d'Alba spray! I used it for a solid month and my skin looked SO good, but then I ran out and switched to something else and lost that perfect skin. I love the way you taught us to place our hands to our faces for blush placement! Thank you, I’ve been doing the apples of the cheek thing for decades and it really does bring your face down! I took a pen and paper and wrote all these steps down so when I do my makeup in am I get it all right! My dry skin was so bad despite trying everything, including slugging, that every dewy foundation, CC cream, and skin tint I used looked super matte on me. Then I discovered the d'Alba white truffle serum about 2 months ago, and it completely solved my dry skin. All of my complexion products look amazing now! I will always have a backup bottle on hand - especially now that I also respect their business decisions. Meanwhile, I never thought to spray it after doing my makeup. I am definitely going to give that a try! Thank you so much for all the little nuggets of knowledge like that one that you pass on to us in your videos!
Between watching you and Kevin and watching Robert Welsh, I have learned so much about makeup application! I've been focusing my heavy moisturizing during my night routine so it can absorb in overnight. Using a combo moisturizer/spf in the morning with an actual spf over top.
I've also been really loving the blush over the nose and lightly on the forehead to give a more natural blushing and flushed look.
