I give you three easy possible solutions to get your Iphone 6S / 6S Plus display working again. This will work for many of you especially if you can feel your phone vibrate or hear any ringing or sounds. Good Luck!
Option 1: Hold down home and power button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.
Option 2: Hold down power button for 3 seconds then hold down the home button until Apple logo appears.
Option 3: Firmly press directly under your flashlight and camera lens as your back light display connector may have gotten dislodged.

I still have an iPhone 6S Plus, I suddenly got a black screen with a while spinny circle that would not let me do anything at all with the phone, not even turning it off worked. I used option #1 in the video, which I believe is a hard reset and that worked to bring the phone back up. Thank you for the help
i tried this and it did not work ... BUT ... his information was spot on! I tried his steps a few times and then went to a phone repair shop. This video gave me a foundation for what the issue might be -wiring in the corner of the phone. I was told I had screen issue andI proceeded with a repair. Low and behold - once it was open the wires were loose! Super nice shop - awesome independent in skokie IL. (Cell Phone Authority). Worth watching and try to assess yourself. Real take for me was my otter box case had just been replaced and the corner near the camera had broken - this is where the loose wires were.
My iPhone screen was black but responded to me pressing it (knew by audio, etc). So I blindly was able to open RUclips and search (using muscle memory) "iPhone screeb not workin". I clicked where I knew the first video was and followed ur audio instructions. Thanks so much!

for anyone that is stuck, the final step is the best, you want to push down on the back of the phone pretty hard but not too hard near the top center, just a little to the right and below the flashlight. try putting your phone screen on a hard surface like your knee or a counter it works the best. if you shake your phone a lot or put pressure their, what's what will cause it.

For some older versions, holding the power button and home button make your iPhone go into an automatic shut down. For the newer versions (7 and 7 plus) it's the audio button ( the button to turn you volume down) and the power button.

My phone is working but my screen is like this:
Once in a while, it gets bright but no logos. Also, whenever my phone is “on” the screen is dark grey with a single vertical line that is green.
Option 1, 2 didn’t work, but once I did option 3, the green light became a bright white line, what the fuck did I do? My parents will think I dropped my phone (did not) and kill me!
