I remember watching two guys on TV when I was a kid and one would always say "another fine mess you gotten me into". :-) That seems to be your motto a lot of times.
I'm only 2min into the video and I have to say that I'm impressed with your backing up skills. You made that look easy. 👍👍
Thanks
This made me smile a lot boys, well done getting all done without anybody getting harmed haha.
Thanks
Nice to see something DUNN Perfect. : ) love it
That trailer backup was severely underrated. What a snipe!
Thanks
Nice backup job
Interesting video Mike. Thanks!
Y’all are having to much fun 😂, love it. Those backing up skills are pretty damn good too!
That was intense and that stop sign thanks you for not hitting it. Thank you.
That was interesting. I was holding my breath through most of this one. Lol. Have a blessed and safe weekend.
lol thanks
The sound of the old puppy dog never gets old 😊
That ol' puppy dog sounds soooo mean!
Thanks
Awesome Job!!
Great backing job
Great job backing up.
Thanks
Good video again that was Some good backing up my friend I always like to hear the Mack truck be safe
Thanks buddy
You are a great operator.
Thanks
Great video. Nice driving
Thanks
Nice driving there Tex
I guessed 4.5 tons, I owned 3 salvage yards and downsized down to one due to the low prices over the last few years and just kind of a hobby now but I've had to get really good at guessing thousands of semi loads of scrap metal over the years so we wouldn't get over weight tickets going from the job to our yard. It's funny he mentioned that it's too bad that you couldn't steer with the brakes like a farm tractor because I was thinking the exact same thing. Our Massey Ferguson forklift had steering brakes and had to use them all the time for that exact same reason. Great job Mike on getting it done!
Nice backup to docks DP. Hopefully a few re-welds fixes the leak on that second dock. Nice move. Cheers!
The old Mack sounds good...DP.
Thanks
Jesus !! You sound like me !! GIT THAT CHAIN OFF !!!! LOL
Nice backing 👌
Thanks
From where I was sitting, that was great fun! From where you were sitting, probably not so much! :-)
The 'new' guy is coming along nicely! :-)
Good video though Mike, stay safe! :-)
Thanks Chris
Good morning everyone hope you're having a blessed day
Thanks
That final lift, was very interesting, all in all turned out good.
Like the video Mike .
Thanks
Wow...backing up like a boss! So close to that stop sign, you can almost smell it!
😁
At least I'm not the only one impressed with your ability to back the flat bed!!!👍
Thanks
Hey Mike,,
Really enjoy your vids. I'm a retired Operator myself. 29 yrs in the Operator's Union here in Illinois. I loved my job but had to retire at 56 cause I need a kidney transplant.
You have some good help there with Matt. Show him how to run that iron. You guy's do good work. Keep it up and stay safe.
Yup working in it thanks buddy
Winchester 73 sucks when the ol’ body goes down, I miss working hard like that I just can’t do it anymore either, good luck buddy 👍🇺🇸
Good evening Mike you do some very interesting stuff, like every one of them, thank you for sharing
Thanks and thanks for watching
I love the sound of the Mack, what a monster it is>>>
Thanks
Thanks for the adventure today
Thanks for watching
“Come He🏒🏒 or High Water”, call Mike! Gonna have to add pontoon extraction to your list of services!
I thought you were taking the last one down to swimming hole at camp to replace LaSwanda for Jason Works a Lot’s summer floatie.
lol thought about it
Amazing
That was a interesting day. Thanks for hilarious video. Stay safe
Thanks
good reversing skills, 1st pontoon make hole in bottom to drain water, good full video thanks.
Thanks
Well, that was fun!
😁
LMAO that was good you obviously backed down that boat ramp road more than once. Excellent video thanks for your time in making them.
Yup and thanks for watching
Great video Mike y'all have a great weekend and stay safe 👍
Thanks Greg
couldn't figure out why they had a big boat dock on a little pond. Then I saw that outlet going under the bridge and it made sense lol.
Yes leads to the river
Good job guys
Thanks
Cracking job Mike!!!
And the truck didn't once fall off the road, I think you know what you are doing sir. 💪💪💪
Don't panic, we didn't get splashed 😂
Quick pull out before the chain snaps !! lol
Another great video.😎
Thanks
You rubbed the stop sign the first time in! Not bad for a rainy day job.
It was close but missed it
That’s the result of many years behind the wheel of a truck. Nicely done sir!
Thanks
That was a masterful feat of backing the long trailer. I would have had to pull forward a few times to keep it all square. Good job!
Thanks
Good job
Thanks
👍 Cap'n Mike
I needed a good laugh today. Seeing you guys push that equipment over the edge of their capability was great entertainment. I was, literally, on the edge of my seat waiting for anything to come crashing down.
lol glade you enjoyed don
you was so close to the stop sign good driver
Thanks
"DOCK PERFECT". Marine Division of Dirt Perfect.
😁
Well jelled team bro. Hey what ever works.
Reminds me of my yard switching days at Carolina Freight. Good job of backing.
Thanks
Man that Mack sounds good.. iv always like a straight piped mack.. 👍
Thanks
Captain's now building a wider access into his woods so he can moonlight the one out of the scrap yard 😂😂
lol
I've seen fantastic backing up from you and wade ,it's time for a fun reversing competition mike 👍.
Would be cool
Back that thing like you stole it 😆
😁
Ya gotta do what ya gotta do another good one ,stay safe so you can make more vidja's for us.
Thanks for watching
Well that was different, but fun to watch, nice one Mike
Thanks
I was worried you were gonna crack the ramp when moving that heavy beast. Haha great job!
Thanks
Get a couple of your helpers there to climb on back for some extra counter balance
😁
that brake adjuster tightener thingy is the coolest thing I've seen this week
We love them
a winch and rollers would be a great addition to that trailer !
Have them
Nice reversing with that big ass trailer man 👍
Thanks
good video
Thanks
mighty fine job backin' that trailer in. TWICE!
Thanks
Ralph ought to had a line onto the IT28 n just pulled it across

Prefect
Thanks
Holy jeneky sketchy move once again skill and daring overcome fear and anxiety dirt perfect
lol thanks
Boy there are some nasty trolls on every you tube channel pitiful
I am happy the loader didn't go in the water. However I am disappointed Mike didn't go in. Lol God bless
lol
A carpenter never builds his house. A mechanics car runs terrible. A boat shop owner brings a dingy. Lol God bless
We can't afford it lol
Back-up nr1 was A plus and back-up nr2 A minus. Great job!! 👌👏
Lol thanks
And you get paid for having that much fun......hold my Pepsi and watch this! lol
😁
Dang Mike puppy dog had ALL the RPMS in reverse 🤣😂🤣 it sounded good. The place were high range is too fast and low is really slow so floor it!!;)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and adventures. Half expected the Captain involved with this episode, probably good he wasn’t. He’d of had you backing the puppy dog into the woods so his cabin would have something to push.
lol thanks Tom
We use to run a CAT 910 Loader ! so get all the parameters ya got there
Next rainy day you might think about making your own extended forks...
Yup
That is an easy road to back up on.
Ok your point 🤷♂️

FAKE. Nobody can reverse that good. Driving forward and playing the film backwards doesn't fool me.
My point is this guy has not driven a semi before.
This is the second time I've watched this vid this is actually the first DP vid I ever watched the vid that got me hooked it's kinda sad the first one was scrapped I would have fixed the leak and built a house boat and lived in it
Glade your enjoying the channel
FM; Dirt Perfect to Water Magic.Ahoy Skipper...
😁
It was only one more 90 degree turn backwards, should of just backed your trailer down the ramp and floated them on, lol ! Thumbs up.
Don’t need new wheel bearings yet 😬😝
You just never know what your going to see on Dirt Perfect. It always interesting tho
Thanks Scot
I was looking at it while u was getting water and thought if they would have turned it around then when u raised it up all the water would b where u can get more out
42 yrs otr thats a good back
You could use a higher gear in reverse it doesn't go quick enough 😁lovely sound of that truck
I was
Pick a gear, any gear oh hears one!!! Lol
That's some awesome trailer backing!
I want to know where all the traffic is lol ? Every time I get cross ways in the road there 10 cars running up on me.
Lol so true
You need to weld a short chain with a hook on those fork extensions, then chain them to the forklift so they come out when you pull out.
Yup I agree
Then how would you get the extensions under some some loads? Put holes big enough to get chain hook in back of
extensions. (Always enough time to do a job safely) too many shortcuts makes for bad habits.
At the storage yard for the second barge you could have tied a rope on either the tail end of the fork lift to steer it or for more leverage the end of the barge.

Hey man awesome video, wondering if that is an it24f looking at buying one. Just wanted to know how it works for you.
It28 works good for what I do
You hit the stop sign
No sir
👏. 👍
What kind of chain binder is that with the quick 3/8 impact adjustment?
Speed binder
Thank you
This dock is a bit smaller and it’s made out of aluminum. Oh forgot to tell ya the deck is made out of 4” of concrete.
No mirrors harmed in the making of this video!
😁
@james conquest
It’s better just to takeoff the passenger mirror and start backing up, ignore all loud shouts noises and bumps, and bangs!😆🤣😂
