i used to suffer from depression and anxiety. after dealing with it for about 10 years searching for a solution. i just raised 2 middle fingers up and kept them there , now i only live to have fun ,smoke weed , drink, BBQ with friends . also decided to not ever let a woman ruin my life again. make your life about you ,don't care what people think, get a hobby ,play some outdoor games with your friends.

I had to take today off work to try and re-charge my batteries a bit, and I stumbled on this video. I have the new album, and I've listened to it, but, haven't done a deep lyric dive yet. Day by Day if have to, hour by hour , minute by minute is bad but I have been to sec by sec from severe migraines , plus complex PTSD , Permanent Post Concussion Syndrome , Severe Depression and Anxiety. It's really hard to describe the feeling of waking up and realizing that you're still alive after you've poured all the negative thoughts you've kept locked up in your head to your parents in a Whatsapp broadcast message. The funny part was that my dad's phone got stolen so he never even saw the message.
When you realize this song is about John wanting to die, but instead ends up killing everyone near him even the band; gives the song a whole new meaning.
