When Barbara was born, she looked up to the doctor and said, " I'm out"
😂
You got that right...don't know why she is on shark tank?!
Brilliant!👍
LMFAO
🐐 comment
That's literally the most emotional story ever (not to mention the guy has narrated it so peacefully without making extra fuss), which I bet has left most of us in tears like Mr Wonderful
100% agree
I second that 100% agree!
"I want people to express their emotions in a non-emotional way. I am very smart and definitely not a dumbass". Get a grip, dude
Mike is a P I M P , congrats brother
nah, boohoo 😂 everyone has a sad story lol. at the end of the day they only want moneyq
Finally, an emotional speech without all the extra crying and pauses. That's how it should be done.
This the first comment I'm reading before watching the whole thing and I'm already excited
Cause he’s a Man.
I agree
You said it first but I thought it first
What's wrong with crying and pausing if it's emotional?
So quick update, company is worth 6 million now, which means he got back his 300 thousand now in company worth because of his 5%, also anual sales are at 1.9 million, and 3 percent of that is 60k. So not too bad
Legend thx for this the story of this product is so moving good on him!
Que legal . 👏👏👏👏
Depois atualiza pra gente sobre a empresa legacy
It's 3% of the NET profit though, not of sales.
No 3% of sales in the royalty
3% of TOP LINE SALES and 5% of the NET PROFIT (5% equity).
I love that both Kevin and Mark were helping him. Kevin just knows business so well, and he always made the deal clear, in this case, even helped Mike understand the potential outcomes.
Kevin has been driving speedboat drunk, crushed it, killed the guy and put it on his sober wife and got away with it. He should be crying for that.
Which makes both Mark and Kevin an interesting Shark!
@@IloveyoursmileSource?
@@jamesonpipesRUclips & Google
@@Iloveyoursmile Yeah, everything online says she was piloting the vessel and Kevin was a passenger. That’s why I asked for a specific source, because you’re adding random manufactured details in.
The fact that Mark and Kevin were helping him negotiate says a lot. Also, first time I see Kevin in tears.
He entered the den looking to sell 10% for 300k, left buying 5% for 300k. Safe to say he was a believer in his valuation.
Very true
Wow, that took me a minute to fully understand😂😂😂
It’s “the tank” brother… I love u Brit’s, but across the pond it’s “the tank”
Forget the 3% net sales?
He believed in the valuation but the investor didn’t. Think of it this way - Lori valued the company at a $1M, and he accepted it and sold the company. Immediately after, he bought 5% for the 300k. Lori already recovered almost half her investment
Quite literally, by far, one of the GREATEST & most well-prepared presentations of this show!!! GREAT JOB!!!
Agreed, this was one of my favorite pitches!
my pitches? who are you? are u mark cuban?@@SharkTankGlobal
@@SaiKumar-qs9ly probably just the social media intern lol
@@SaiKumar-qs9ly nah why would a billionaire be out here replying to comments for minimum wage😂
I love Mark Cuban, he gives unbiased advice
No he doesn't, Kevin O'Leary does.
@@Arthurian.No he doesn’t, Mark Cuban does.
@@redarrowplayz4538you're riding the nark sausage... so tacky.
@@Arthurian.could say the same about you with Kevin
No one can beat Ashneer Grover 😅
She said he’s not a clear communicator?
That story narration was pretty clear. Straight to the point.
-Hello Sharks!
-Barbara: Im out.
😂😂😂
"Let me interrupt you right there, I'm out."
Namitha Thapar
😢😢😢
You are missing the absolute nonsensical explanation why she is out. "Hello Sharks"; "But today is a Tuesday for this reason I am out".
His brain works faster than he can talk lol, he definitely rambles. Smart to retain 5% though, even though he probably could’ve worked Lori back up to $800,000. Kudos to him
I woulda worked her to 8 and took 775 lol
That is exactly what i thought immediately... =]
Exactly, I can't believe he didn't counter! He definitely left $100k on the table.
Doesn't really matter. He sold a company which was loosing money year over year for 700k and still maintained 5% equity + 3% royalties, what else would you need? He's made for life.
@@usmantariq7997the extra 100k
Wow, I've never seen Mr. Wonderful shed a tear before.
I was not expecting that either haha
Who
@@MiArcangelKevin
Probably the best story ever - very touching
Barbara : thats why i m out
Whew! You know it hits when Mr. Wonderful tears up.
Kevin saw 10 dollar bill ruined by the foam, that's why he was weeping
@@oknezakul2277🤣🤣🤣
I have heard a lot of emotional stories over the year on reality shows but this here felt like the only genuine one, is the best and hits me the most
It's amazing he was able to hold his emotions in that entire time, truly inspirational!
Man, he could’ve counter 900k. Hope the company is going strong and keeping his father's legacy alive.
That's why he's there. He doesn't have the business expertise to think on the fly like that. I also think he had no idea that a full buyout would even be on the table.
He could've but Lori was the only Shark left. He still got a good deal out of it!
Then Lori probably would have countered with 800k, he would have made an extra 100k. But in the end it doesn't really make that much of a difference if the business becomes worth multi-millions.
When he said he had his dad's ring on, that finally did it. Tears are rolling
If you make Kevin cry you know your storys heartwarming. This might be the most likeable guy ever in the tank
Mark is truly here to help the little guy.
Mark, is that you?
The company is now worth $6 million and doing really well.
Lori going to 700k is BRUTAL
Dude wanted to keep the 5% and since she was the only shark left, she had the leverage, He needed her, not the other way around.
he should have countered to 800k. but he dint
@@Akpar11And Lori would have said Nope, I’m out. Then he would be screwed because they clearly had no idea what they were doing & nearly ran the business into the ground.
Asf!
I would have counter at 850.. I mean it was only an extra 2%🤷🏾♂️
verrry
Amazingly composed while sharing a difficult story, without taking the attention off his product. Las más ganas que le hechas lo mas te ayuda dios
9:48 I love how both Mark and Kevin is full on board trying to explain the outcome of Lori's deal to make sure this guy understands what he's getting into. I especially love Kevin's explanation about the royalties here. Just two nice experienced blokes trying to help out a new entrepreneur.
"I love your story, it was very touching, your father was definitely very proud of you; and for these reasons I am out" - Barb
there's something about these stories of dad's who continue to look after their families long after they've left.
Barbara : A phenominal salesman is a large concern for me and for that reason i'm out! 🤯🤯
Hey @dusanthsritharan2610 - do you "fib" much in daily life, too? If above is a "joke" ... a large concern is ... joke sucks !!
Wow Lori! You are such an inspiration to all of us trying to bring our inventions to market. Thank you!
You always learn something new whenever Mark speaks up. I never knew about Smuck Inusrance.
He did the right thing selling it .. because he couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag ..but the product is cool ..lori could turn it into a great business
Best story ever! So heart warming and emotional
What a sweet guy I shed a tear when he had his dads ring on
Kevin might love his money but he’s a compassionate, sweet man. I love when he tears up because it shows his humane side.❤️
Eh, he has emotions, but he’s a shark. In his past, he’s sold duds to other companies for billions.
♋️
@@johnathant6735those companies would do the same to you. Eat or get swallowed.
A hug from Lori: Priceless.
Haha that's sweet
I Believe his Dad must be proud seeing his sons take the shot.
Loved how he was mentioning David and Goliath. Great way to honor God and His kingdom by helping to be a light
One of the most uplifting episodes I've seend, and I'm following this show for years. Well done!
What a great story, the best part about mark and Kevin is how much they still help even if there out
You can turn this into a movie 😢
That 5 % is more valuable then any dollars just for the sentimental value!
This guy seemed genuine and he stuck with the legacy and his dreams. Good for him and Lori.
I AM TEARING UP BECAUSE HE WORE HIS DADS RING TO INCLUDE HIM
Gotta give it to the dude he got the passion listening to him present I felt like I could run through the wall
This was one of the best pitch, deal negotiations and the overall backstory.
Been waiting on this full pitch to drop!!
the fact that kevin is crying😭
Yesss when he countered with the equity that made me hella happy
One of the few genuine people to step into the tank
Very nice presentation. Clear and to the point.
I went to the website , I think Lori need to renew the website and start marketing campaign coz still a lot of people have never hear about this awesome product
I agree , their social media hasn't updated since Nov 2022
At least he got $700k out of it
@@KK-fw4zq it’s not about the 700 K he got ,
i believe it’s very good product and can make millions easy
From what I heard sadly Lori didn’t complete the deal
@@MaxBeech ohhhh that’s sad
one of the best feel good episodes. so glad he got some equity.
Barbara is very unlikable in this clip
When was the last time you saw Barbara make any investment? She is known for going out.
Holy crap this is one of the best pitch+deals I've seen on Shark Tank.
He should have said 850k with 5% royalty and she would have done it
Oh my goodness. I got chills from this story. I love it!
Right decision for him part. Continue the legacy! Sucess for this entrepreneur!❤
I swear mark calls everything the best presentation ever
The note was a real tear jerker wow ! GREAT JOB
I want to believe Lori would have accepted $800,000 if he had made that offer.
Right, now after taxes he’s probably going to come out with 400,000
@@corierayvonssidenigga7508 Even so, he got out of a failing business, its best to take the passive income and the big check now instead of going up against a big industry with very little knowledge.
I have never seen Mr. wonderful cry or tear up on the show before.
Lol it has happen a bunch u just haven't watched enough lol
He tears up often lol. Mark is the only one who almost never does lol
what a presentation. Masterclass
This was the best product pitch, product itself, and story I’ve ever heard on Shark Tank
Never in my life I would be SO proud of a complete stranger I watch on RUclips. I'm rooting for him. Way to go, Mike!
At this point I've lost count of how many times mark has said "best presentation ever"
By far my favourite pitch on Shark Tank!
I think this was the best episode I’ve seen. Way to go Mike
He would be a great spokesperson for shark 🦈 tank 💪🏾🙏🏾
I know he has a beautiful hearted family
amazing story and i’m so glad these two brothers are doing amazing now
Most wholesome episode for sure
Absolutely one of my favorites.
Barbara once again insults. Saying he's all over the place and can't communicate. On the contrary. He was direct, and communicated well.
I usually roll my eyes at how everybody on here has some emotional story and then starts crying. But this time, I was the one that started crying. Sheesh what a moving story about his Dad. I'm glad that he held on to some of the company.
Goosebumps! when he brought up the note from his dad.
I hope it goes well for you, good luck brother! ❤
This is rare but I really love this product!! Can’t believe the sharks went out. Probably cuz sales declined but it just needs some better marketing and nurturing! Great story❤
This was on Canadian dragons den 10+ years ago, Robert and Kevin laughed it off 😅 .. different "inventor"
3% is a rip off. At least 12% royalty because the shaving cream might not hit but that removable brush will hit 💯
Exactly. That too on net sales.
His Dad looks down on him from up above very very proud.
Wow, I'm crying. This is by far the best pitch ever.
Wow. Probbaly the best 'story' behind a product ive ever heard, especially on shark tank.
Barbara is just waiting to be out
He hold his composure outstanding speech I love it!!!❤
One of the best Shark Tanks ever and Lori has a very good eye for products!
The guy is a great story teller
Omg!! Goosebumps this is amazing
I think they are missing the real opportunity - licensing the technology to the giants already in the business who could use the better application method.
Probably my favorite shark tank episode
I've been looking for this episode
I feel like Lori would have done it for 800-850k
The company is now worth 35 m with 2022 sales of 15 m
Source?
Your on the Internet dude look it up @@eMCiKey
Looks like they both made a good decision. Time will tell.
That boy was lying at the beginning when he said this is all you need...an it wasn't even enough to shave 1 cheek
you are the best shark tank i learn a lot from you THANK YOU
I’m almost crying over here. I love this so much.
The post-death note hit like a damn truck. Easily one of the most raw and emotional moments from this show.
This guy literally filled HALF his time talking about his father.
Would have loved for him to say “and that’s dragons den!” 😂
