could you try looking it up in your finder? just to check if it was even installed at all? it could've been misplaced in your after effects' folders when it installed!

1. open your effects & presets panel in ae
2. search up the desired sapphire effect
3. drag the title of the effect onto the layer you're working on
4. adjust the settings to your liking !

to get the sapphire plugins for free, but it's a tutorial for mac and it could be outdated by now... it wouldn't hurt to still check it though :)
