The girl in the yellow painting was believed to have been lost for almost 80 years. After so many years in extinction, a young college student unknowingly stumbled onto this ancient painting at an antique shop in California and decided to purchase it. Through each passing night, the lucky finder slowly discovers something unusual about the piece of art she bought. The innocent-looking artifact has a life of its own. The movie stars Celeste Orozco in her first lead acting role. The movie is shot entirely in a point-of-view style of filming (found footage). The film is written and directed by Azron Shai. This is the first feature film he wrote and directed.

I am not a big fan of the found footage genre. This trailer is the exception. I felt my hair raising. Very realistic. Natural acting. It’s once in a blue moon to see a great horror film these days. It's already giving me an unsettling feeling right this moment.
