I will give roasting kimchi a try but i think roasting and then cooking it in the rice might take away a bit of the turgid texture of the cabbage. There’s so much seasoning that I don’t know if roasting it will impart a distinct flavour profile. Excited to try this.

It is sold in a small jar in uk which is so expensive so i make my own. How he is making the rice with the kimchi is so delicious.
