  • Here's a quick and simple warm-up routine to get you going before a training session. Whether you are training Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, or any other martial art, this will get you fired up and ready to go!
    We use these types of exercises on a regular basis during our pre-session periods. If you are new to training, then this routine should serve well as a workout in itself.
