Rey is my kind of guy. Personalize your BMW for your own driving enjoyment. That is the passion and fun bit.
This video is awesome! Thank you for putting it together and sharing.
Notwithstanding the sometimes frustrating camera work it is a joy to listen to these two guys. ---You gotta put your foot in it all the time.
This is an unbelievable collection!
Well done amazing stuff there mate you are the man with a plan
As a ti owner I was disappointed that the two ti's on the lifts weren't covered...but you can't have everything. Great video.
We’ll be back soon for a follow up, I wanted to do every car but it would have been a 6 hour video!!
I don't think they mentioned the E23 either, as a E23 and E24 guy I'd like to see more of that and the grey alpina E24 that was up on the lift. But yeah, it's a massive collection so it's hard to cover everything.
I would love to have my E38 V12 tune up from you guys Leonard TX 2000 Silver/Black very clean,Help🙏
That is one of the coolest E28's. Passing all the other common swaps and going for a modern diesel is so perfect for how great of cruisers they are.
Great video, appreciate the indepth knowledge. I have childhood memories of a lot of those cars, seeing them on the road and riding in some that were my parent's friend's cars. E21, E12, E9, E24s etc. And also E3, which i didn't see.
The E12 is so beautiful , best bmw design
Good choice, love the deetaled knowledge and insight to the BMW ''Gasoline'' Models Cassics and Modern... So cool the Design and Top quality vehicles that they are. 🎱❤
some constructive feedback - show us the different parts of the car and also the car as a whole instead of zooming in on 2 white guys the whole time. sick cars otherwise
Spot on
Exactly.
Heard, we are doing a part 2 with less us and more cars.
Yes, shame really and good to hear there's a part 2 coming...
White guys? Seriously?
Very cool guys thanks for making the video😎
Great video, and thanks for featuring my old E21. Btw, I did all the modifications before Rey bought it.
That’s amazing, yes he told me!
Great cars I dream about!! It's just too bad we couldn't get a proper look at some of them. Why do they so often think we Need to stare at the hosts for the whole video while they tell us about these incredible cars? A lot of the cars I barely even saw and had to rewind and pause to get a proper look at them! We don't need to stare at the wonderful and very capable hosts for a half hour instead of letting us see THE CARS!!
Great video, what's the dashoboard on the black 1800 hotroad restomod? I really like the look with the chrome circles on the counters!!!
Beautiful collection. I remeber it from about a decade ago on Petrolicious. It definitely inspires me to work on my series 1 E24. One thing I would like to mention about the 2L S14. I believe Switzerland also got that "baby M3"
The B20 S14 for the 320iS was in the first made for Italy, due to extra luxury tax for engine over 2.0L. Maybe it was saled in Benelux too with the same tax regulations.
@@altblechasyl_cs2093 As far as I know, the 320is was also sold in Portugal, but not in CH.
@@jmsjms296 Portugal maybe, I know savely, it was made for Italy. In Switzerland the normal version was available, yes.
Thank you for the great tour, guys....Loved the video. Inspired for my next project...Only one thing - why did Ray call my 1987 524 td a "DAWG" ? I'm hurt and crestfallen. I have lovingly restored her and she runs beautifly! Slow-Fast with that turbo kick is such a joy to experience...
The BMW ihad some years ago was labelled as BMW SA with a name somewhere on the engine cabin as Praetor It was a straight six double solex carbs 2800 capacity Do you have that one
Rusty is awesome
Really cool video. 👍 Very informative and educational. I'm in SoCal, so I should really check out Rey's speed shop.
More info on the X1/9s on the property, per favore! Great video BTW
Beautiful cars! I don't see a 700 in the collection 😉
Which BMW haven't they got? Lemme think... I got it: a Z1 in "period correct" Alpina guise or one with an S14 2.3 L motor.
Look close, there is a silver E30 M3 there with an S14…
in 1971 or early 72 bought a new 2002ti burgundy. Loved it.
Ha I bought a 1972 2002ti back in 74 What a car back then compared to what was on the road back then
nice i have 5 Bimmers my favor is my Zenders E30 mint
That could've been brilliant,if we'd seen the cars more..
Wow bad ass cars 😊
Yeah both of them!
Great haven for M car..I’m bmw fans boy
Oh so that’s where Rusty went.
I found it difficult at times to watch. I think the guy in the red shirt was excited & maybe trying to impress someone he looks up to…but it just felt like he was over talking him the entire video. Was a bit distasteful, but im sure he meant well. Learn as you go. Remember to master anything, you must remain “teachable” ❤
And the z3m coup you forgot 🫡
I'm restoring a 1973 2002tii in Algave green I now know what 2002 stands for Its the number of places you'll find rust😅
Hey if you have source for tii front grill id be ecstatic!! Even more for stock sun visors
Camera man point your camera at what they are talking about man!
i wonder how much this cars costs
❤
Where's the Evo 2 325is 'Gusheshe'
I appreciate people doing the work to restore these cars but I can’t help but think there could be 30 or more happy owners instead of a guy hoarding them in his garage.
Beautiful collection I hope all of the cars are driven.
You don't have a 325iS and a 333i that was made for the South African market.
y're kidding, ''bmw'' began with the dixie in 1928 when the competitors had valuable cars
Trying to focus on post WW2 in this video. We will make a prewar video at some point too.
The E36 M3 US is no S engine like the Euro S engine. The S52 will be more a 3.2L M50 than a S50. The Euro M3 3.2 got S50 B32 that has single throttles and airbox and special head w/ double VANOS and so on the S52 not has
👍
Me seeing rusty slamington 😳
Komisches Gefühl irgendwie, wenn die da "drüben" über unsere Autos hier in der Garage schwatzen... zumindest weiss ich jetzt, wo die ganzen guten Gebrauchtteile alle hingehen. 🤔
"Unsere" Autos... Naja
@@jmsjms296 Ja, BMWs... und ja, "unsere", german cars, und weil in meinen Nachbarhallen stehen E12, E23, E24, E9, E121 und E30. Bei mir stehen E34. 😉
BMW heaven: where they and your wallet go moments after the warranty runs out (heaven is apocryphal, so, just the junk yard).
👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😎😎
This was a bit difficult to watch / follow it’s like two super bmw nerds with amazing knowledge competing all the time. Great collection but I could only manage half way with this yank pissing contest……
We are super excited to talk about this stuff, that’s all.
I was wondering why I was feeling a bit edgy that was it
All of those cars and nothing to look at.
TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY FOR 6 SERIES PART NUMBER SAME AS M1
Correct me if I am wrong: you showed a 1977 BMW 530 i…. That’s impossible correct? There were no 5 series in 1977?
The 81-82 528e was criticized by consumer reports because of its engines… why was that, and a 528i is considered the greatest motor by most BMW dealers that I know, and never was the e motor applauded…
My former car, a 1983 533i is a glaring missing link in your collection, as that was the right motor in the 5 series body…correct?
There was a 530 in 1977
Nice video, whis I had all 40+ old Bmw i.v had during my car life, no I only have 5🫥😄
