6ml / kg iv crystalloids would be taken as maintance rate or only for first 2 hours.
Haematocrit rises or falls plz clarify.

Pcv normally should fall after giving iv fluids .
If pcv raises 20 percent base line means patient is in critical phase/capillary leak phase

If pcv falls along with HB we may consider any internal bleeding provided if clinical examination also suggest severe abdominal tenderness
