I don't think it's that they are "driven" to do things for the colony, it's that they all perfectly understand eachother and summarily love eachother. Thus they all *want* to do what they can to help eachother be happy, and none of them *want* anyone to do anything they don't wanna do, as they will all feel that unhappiness. The circle would probably grow in groups of four, the circle is organized that way, from what I know. Great video, btw, love it
