I wasn’t a fan of the tree initially, but I love that you left it (and the fix) in the video. And since I make a lot of mistakes, or because I don’t love the way something turns out, having options for fixes is VERY useful! Thanks for keeping it real! (It might be fun to compile a “messes and fixes” video!)
Appreciate that you show us the “not so great tries” as well as the successes. Both turned out great!
Love the heart card. And your rescue “from the brink” of the tree card is genius. It’s fun to see what you do to rescue cards that don’t turn out the way you originally envisioned! TYFS Natasha! ❤❤❤
You totally saved that tree card! Love it!
The tree card turned out great didnt it!! And the baby card is so cool too.
I love that they’re both so unique and whoever gets those cards is going to absolutely love them
I thought the tree card looked rather flat or two dimensional, so I really enjoyed how you brought it to life, so to speak. It’s nice to see how real card designers struggle with this too, lol. ❤
That card is amazing! You did a great save! Thanks for showing the whole process Natasha!
The edging of the tree made a big difference 🤗🤗🤗thank you for sharing!
You constantly amaze with how clever you are! The card turned out great! Both are pretty.
What great ideas and techniques ! I love the way that you mask & the the paint dots. It’s so gorgeous ! 😊
I loved how you rescued the tree card, you have so many great tips, thank you!
Such a creative use of paints and die cuts! Thanks for sharing, Natasha.
Hi Natasha. I love both cards. I am a huge tree fan. Your tree "save" was brilliantly done. TFS all your fab videos. I always look forward to them. 💙🤗🌲
The outline on the tree definitely saved the card. It turned out quite nice
I like both cards Natasha, love how you have defined the tree on the second one. Thank you.xx
Great transition with tree!!!! Went from yuk to yum!!!😂❤
I really appreciate your “card rescues”. Some of my favorite cards end of being my rescues.😅 ❤️
Loved both, the white boarder around the tree made it stand out and your fix made it stand out in a different way. Both ways work 😊
Love the tree card! I appreciate you showing how you take a “blah” card and make it extraordinary!
Oh goodness me. I never thought that tree card could have been saved! Good job. I would have binned it. 😊
Thoroughly enjoy your tutorials over my morning coffee every second day. 💕
From blah to AHHHH! The tree turned out incredibly.
I love how you made these cards Natasha..thank you.
I love both of the cards! One idea was to maybe prepare several heart/tree masked cardbases and use the leftover paint on them.😍
I really like how the tree card turned out…. And how you fixed it was really using your head…I like that.
I live watching you saving cards! The tree looks great!
Beautiful! In agreement with some comments I’ve read - the rescuing fixes definitely elevated your tree card & the embossed stamp sentiment added extra beauty! Your heart card is of course gorgeous, too! 🙂
😮😮😮WOW! Two beautiful cards! I love both cards. Thank you for sharing. I can’t wait to try💜
Loved the heart. The tree makes you stop and look. That is after all the goal of art.
I think your rescue of the tree was great. Lesson learned about not giving up on a card.
I think you rescued card looks 🤩 and the heart card is awesome! Yea 👏 on both!!
I love both cards. I like most of the cards you make, because you always give me the idea that I can make them too😀
Thanks for sharing Tash 🤗 and for making us feel ok that stuff doesn’t always start off brilliantly but turns out great in the end 💙 I love, love , love the Boy Baby heart card 🎉x🤗
You are so amazingly talented how you just do random things and they turn out so great! Wish I had an ounce of your art talent! Anyway both heart and tree cards are great. TFS
These are cool and your tree with the winter scene is beautiful! I like how you added the shadows to the tree and edge of the card!
Loved the idea and both cards. Thank you for sharing.
Natasha, what an awesome idea!! You are so creative!!
At first, the tree card wasn’t a favorite but you rescued it beautifully!
I love both cards. I would have not done such a bright embossed greeting on the tree card. The paint swipe is so unusual I am going to have to give it a try.
You are brilliant! The tree was iffy, but you saved it. Glad you let us see the recovery process.
Your card is very pretty and I love all the colors you chose. Thank you for sharing.
Ok, I was a little worried about the tree, and I remembered to trust your process and you knocked it out of the park! The heart turned out perfect.
Stunning cards! Thank you for sharing and the inspiration
You saved it!!! I love these cards and this technique. The heart card is my favorite😻
A fun technique. It’s great to see how you brought it back. I love the final results. Thanks for your videos, I am.learning so much.
What a wonderful save. It inspires me to keep trying and not tops the ‘mistakes’ Thanks so much ♥️
Both cards are gorgeous but I really love the tree one.
You always do a great creative job on your cards. I thought your ideas for the save were on point and made the tree stand out much more. Loved both of the cards. Will have to try this on some cards. Thank you for sharing your ideas.😊
I like the tree better after your fix. Very artsy looking. 😊
I love the process you used to begin with. I've never done the ink scraping and love the look. I can see it is useful for many situations and shapes. The tree at first was too yellow. None of our millions of evergreen look like that. Then you added the sky and wow!! That tree pops and the card is beautiful. I see and understand your use of the yellow. Thank you for "saving" this beauty. 🥰🇨🇦🥰
I think you did it! I love how you just kept working it and it turned out great. I especially love the heart card and this technique. I watched the other video you did with the paint swiping and loved it as well. Now, I just need to get busy and try it!
I think the cards turned out really cute!
The tree turned out great. I really like its conclusion.
Good save on the tree. This was a unique video. I love your voice and I truly enjoyed watching you.
Hey there, I think it was the yellow in the tree throwing you off. Jarring against the dark blue.
Adore the heart one. Well done.
Glad you managed to fix the tree. But the clean and simple heart is my fave. Love your work. 🖤🖤🖤
Love the way you brought the card back from the brink x
i adore the heart. you saved the tree, but since you asked for our opinions, i think the sentiment is too big. i very much appreciate your showing every step of your process. thank you for sharing your talents with us!
Kelly Taylor is a card making influencer in the United States and she says to “never” give up on a card no matter how bad you may think it is, there is ALWAYS a save. This card is a perfect example of that belief. The card turned out GREAT!!!! TYFS.
I so agree with Bev P, and thank you for taking time out of your day to share, the cards are really cute!i think it is a real cute idea for your christmas tree, and i like the way you used your glue to seal it.
Love both cards. You really saved the tree one xx
I love the tree card. I especially love the night sky. I'm going to have to give that technique a try.
Love the heart card in particular. Very effective and really easy 💙💚
Both cards look very nice ❣️
Love both cards and great save on the tree
Beautiful cards!! ❤️
I loved your night sky .. it turned out great!! & good save!! 👍
I love the tree scene especially the background. I have bought my first bottles of acrylic paint and want to try this with shapes.
Great rescue ☺️. Turned out great!
I think you saved the card! Good to have those little tips to help.
Like the idea a lot, the heart has given me some ideas. Thx Tash
Great video. And great save. It definitely brought the card back for sure
Both cards turned out great! I actually didn’t like the tree at first, but total save! Love it! Can’t tell you how many times I have to lay something aside and come back to it later with a rescue plan.
Love the end result. TFS.
You saved it 🥰 I did prefer the tree without the night sky. Obviously the heart was the best 😘
wasn't to sure about the tree but ended up liking it you did a great job thanks for sharing take care stay safe
I think these both came out great, Natasha!
Wow, another amanzing cards 🥰
LOVE this idea!!I'm going to try the tree.😍😍
Love this technique! Very pretty cards😊
I always enjoy your videos, the tree turned out very pretty,
Amazing, with the same technique such different results. I actually like the card with the tree best. I hope you do another video with paint techniques some day. Thanks 👍
Hi Natasha, both cards are great but I actually prefer the tree after you altered it. Have a great day. 😊🇨🇦
I like the tree card. As well as the heart.
Loved the video Natasha and the way you showed us how to rescue a card. I’m not so crazy about the tree. I think it looks really modern and the background is more traditional so for me they clash a bit. I love to give this a go.. thanks for sharing.
Great save with the tree! I wasn't sure to start with if I liked it or not, but it turned out lovely. Also, it may just be my tired eyes, but the heart looks 3D, love it 💕
Love your ideas.
Agree with you on the tree. Do like the fix outcome. Glad you kept it in the video on how you saved it. We all have things we don't like and throw them out or just set aside. From now on, if I really don't like one,I'll play around with it.a masterpiece may appear. Lol Have to try this too. Thanks for sharing, always learning from you. Have a great day.
Love love the tree!
These are beautiful!!! I like them both. I'm going to try a heart paint scrape. Thanks for sharing!!!
These cards are great and will definitely give this a try!
Beautiful save. I had completely forgotten about the india inks smudging. I used to do that with mixed media canvases. Beautiful cards.
Love the heart card, did not like the tree one till the end ..... you really did save it... Looks fabulous thanks for showing your whole process (bumps in the road and all).....
I like the tree -- both before and after. I wouldn't have used yellow, though. It seems discordant to me, but that's just me. And I love the sky! ❤️
Amazing recovery!!
Love this paint swiping idea. Thanks for sharing
Like you, I wasn't so sure on the tree card. I definitely didn't hate it, I just wasn't sure that I loved it, but then... you did your magic as usual and it looks great! Thanks for sharing it with us! I think a video of the cards you "set aside" would be cool to see if you ever feel like sharing those 😊
Love the heart. You sort of redeemed the tree. Sort of. We all have those days. It looked a lot better once you mounted it onto a card. Something about that border. I admire you for keeping on. Me, when I do stuff like that it gets put into the strip card pile. I find when I cut them into one inch strips, nobody knows how bad I messed up. Sometimes I try to save them, tho.
Agree on tree but you fixed it and that’s what is great- you show us oops and then the fix/change. The swipe technique is so versatile. Interesting you were able to emboss over the matte medium. Didn’t know that was possible
Hello Natasha! I love your heart shaped, paint swiped, baby card! The colors are wonderful. I wasn't completely loving the tree card when you paused...I think it is pretty now. I especially like the background.
Perhaps if you swiped the paint in a wide "C" shape it would have the lines of the different boughs? Just an idea! I love your creativity!
Hi. I really like the 'mask, dot and drag' idea, great results. The heart card was simple and sweet. I wasn't too sure about the tree card, a little too much yellow and not quite enough green but I really did like that night sky effect so it was starting to grow on me. Let's just say no-one need look into a crystal ball to know what I'll be doing over the next few days! Thank you for another of your video gems, full of inspiration and fun to watch.
