    I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the information you share. I have worked for 23 years in the medical field and dry brushing and lymphatic massage was always done in circles and was always done really rough. I stopped dry brushing on myself because it was just too irritating to my sensitive skin. I am so happy to find out the right way to do it so that I can actually enjoy the process instead of being miserable and sweating and making my skin itch. Thank you so much!

    I just love all of your information! You have been such a great help to me! Can you also focus a video on diet after cancer surgery to help heal faster. Also info on an ongoing diet for general healing and well being. Thank you!

    Hi Kelly , I watched your dry brushing video , I was just wondering how often to do that as I read in the comments it should only be twice a month for lymphatic drainage - but if you're doing it to reduce cellulite I know most people do it everyday; is there a way to dry brush everyday without effecting the lymph system?
