You should go to Jiri and try Delle khursani (round chili) fresh. Just bite as you eat your food. Jiri is a day drive from Kathmandu, but you will learn a lot of history, way to Everest.

Dulikhel is at the border? Man Nepal is about 140KM wide, nearest border is at least 200km away, but China is just 80km away.
