    Metroman is actually a really good guy when you relaize he could literally beat Megamind in seconds, kill him in a blink. But he just knew that Megamind was aswell as him misunderstood and he kept playing with him and keep the act up till he could not do that anymore and somehow that helped Megamind to become is true self

      We have seen superman's speed and strength against the world, as well as a midlife crisis. He almost died from the emotional damage when he held it for an hour so atlas could go watch his daughters wedding. He struggled. Metroman did that with zero effort. Also, stop fanboying. We are powerscaling a comedy for pete's sake. Fucking bugs bunny could beat superman because of "toon force" or whatever. It's really not that big a deal anymore.

    he barely got any screentime of him but I am endlessly fascinated by Metro Man. He got a midlife crisis by dancing the same dance and having no true challenge, so he decided to pursue something he has no natural ability in (music) and knew that the one man that fought him all his life and lived in his shadow will eventually step in where he has always been
    I truly believe that serving the people was his greatest honor. And I truly believe that, despite getting dealt vastly different cards in life, he considered Megamind his friend

    Metro man could be the most powerful character, physically and metaphorically, because if he could spend a whole day in a second and move anything in stopped time, hed definitely be far stronger than super man.
    But even with all of that, what really makes him a great character is that he has his flaws, selfishness, showing us all that we all have our limits, we all are human. With all his power he could have destroyed galaxies, and hitler could have been the best thing to happen.
    It shows how close the greatest man is to villany, and the worst man is to heroism

  • @Bacxaber
    @Bacxaber 8 месяцев назад +1

    The thing I never see anyone talk about is, "I often ask myself, who would I be without you?" is the most important line in the movie. It seems clear that the government groomed Metroman to be a hero constantly distracted with a harmless villain so he wouldn't have time to think. Maybe if he's busy playing the good guy, he won't realize he could conquer the planet with ease or something.
    He doesn't realize it in the moment, but who he would be without his fans is exactly what humanity is afraid of.

I believe bad things are sent by God to not only remind us of the duality of the world and nature, but to help us grow as people physically, mentally, and spiritually. On the point of a world without bad is beautiful, I agree up until a certain point. It may be beautiful at first, but what beauty can be drawn from things so similar with no change? It might make the world seem dull and without meaning, but that’s just my perspective.

    Megamind and Metroman pretty much lived through exact same thing and both got on earth, except Megamind just didn’t find contact with people and didn’t become their slave, which people can use to invent or to get them anything,
    But Metroman on opposite did, he started to “help” humanity and all they did was give him all he didn’t even need at some point and practically became their errand boy, so he got tired of them, but they didn’t see it, so he just left himself
    So megamind wasn’t a bad guy from the beginning, he just wasn’t a slave of humanity what they call “a hero!!!”
    However, in the end he actually became one, saving humanity, so they cheered for him in the end and he was happy to it, not realising, despite being a Megamind, what they will turn him into
    Metroman, on his side, got tired as most celebrities in real world, they never want to be crowded, they want to have some peace as humans too, after all

Sort of like omni man, who sees humans as ants whose whole life is just a second for him. With metro man being able to move at this speed maybe his whole life felt like he's god amongst mortals. But hes not evil or anything. Hes just... depressed.
