I think It would have been better if they have showed a scene where he is shocked to see the real world or after spending couple years in the real world, he still gets ptsd from his fake old world and thinks he still might be in a show

I recommend you guys watch "Jury duty", its a show about a real guy that got court duty but it's all fake, everyone is an actor, but he still had friends and relationships with everyone, even when he found out, because they were essentially themselves with different names

It’s funny because some parts of him weren’t “real”, they were staged to create a specific outcome that became “real”. Like the trauma from his dads death or his love🤔
he was real everything around him was staged but his reactions and the way he turned out as a person was real because he didnt know it was fake.His experience of life was authentic,even tho some events were manipulated from behind the scenes.
