So many passionate people worked on Lotus and I think it’s unfair for them to not have their labor recognized because of one person. I’m going to watch it for that sole reason.

listen i don’t think the text messages of the actors should diminish the entire film. it’s something that’s been worked on for years by so many people that really truly believe in the character, written by people who believe in the character. i have a strong feeling they’re not making the movie racist or anything like that so i think it should be an opportunity to look past these incidents and take the film for what it is. a fan film made by people who love and cherish the character. spiderman wouldn’t want you to completely push it aside from a few bad apples even if they’re the main actors

Personally, im very excited about Lotus bc the film looks great, and there are so many more people who worked on that film compared to the small few that did bad things. All those other people deserve to have their work shown in this film, and the film still seems to be a love letter to the character, so im excited to see it and how good it will be.
