when they added a hovercraft in CMR3 as a secret vehicle, it was the perfect depiction of how the physics felt. actualy, i bet i could brake the record easily if we could change the physics to what we have now in EAs WRC.
cant get this to work on windows 11 or windows 10... I tried dgvoodoo2, can you please tell me what your dgvoodoo settings are? are you on windows 11 now? and can you still run it after moving to windows 11?
i own a original polish copy of the game. It runs fine but it wont load a new stage after another. I need to kill the game via task manager and start it again
You can get any old game to play on modern hardware. I play them all. Just gotta search out the appropriate patches and fixes. Its not as difficult as it seems
I haven't played 05, but 04 is truly awful. It's physics make it nearly unplayable compared to this one, which absolutely nails the arcade-y rally style.
@@tomi_tittums wtf you're talking about ahahaha. 04 and 05 had different physics, more difficult, and the road on the stages is generally narrower, giving better sense of speed, which to me made the game much more fun, i know they are less arcade-y, and that may be a point since it was a change from the original games and not everyone has enough skills to cope with the new physics, but you can't really say that these games were unplayable, they have a well made gameplay and many people like it, so idk, maybe it's you

I will admit I'm really quite shit at video games and thus I generally more enjoy super arcadey games, like Ridge Racer or Initial D Arcade Stage. I just personally felt disappointed by 04. To each their own.
Me and my brother used to get the cars dirty while racing and then just stopped to clean them in a river, forgot which map, and then just continued racing while goofing around
Too bad you can't totally cut off, and brutalize your fellow man in this. Otherwise off course it is pretty good, especially the snow levels i always like. Ps i gotta learn how to get these camera angles happening here. I like 'm big smoky dusty cloud makings.

@High Noon 05 was the worst of all cmr titles because of the physics. with a wheel it was awful and not playable
I played this game on laptop, and cmr 2.0 on android (epsxe). Cmr 2.0 is more difficult, I don't know how to run my car in aspalt track haha
