    Very nice, my friend. I have the fifish e-go, and oh my god, what a beautiful drone. You should give it a try.

      I'll absolutely check it out! What do you use to haul yours around?

      @NorthWindAerial I have lots of accessories for the drone. I also have the fifish v6 expert, and I can use all of the accessories that I have for it.

      @NorthWindAerial I'm also looking for a job with my underwater drone that I have fifish e-go. I wish I could get some help on that. I like doing everything with drone exploration, underwater searches, and so much more. Of course, I'm doing it on my own time. But yeah, I'm looking for a job with the drone. Let me know if you can help me out if you can.

    Right on!
    I was curious about the communion and figured it probably needed a cable. I assume a second person would be needed not only to monitor the cable feed as you mentioned but probably to keep a certain amount of tension? ( especially in a current) .
    There was a time I was so obsessed with fly fishing that I got into amateur hydrology and entomology. A buddy and I would snorkel rivers and creeks to see how fish reacted to different water columns, currents and temperatures in relation to feeding activity.
    This drone would have been handy for sure!
    Just out of curiosity? Does the drone read water temp and velocity?
    Thanks Tim!

      Yes, ideally having a 2nd person as part of the team would be preferred. It's hard to hold the tether spool and fly the ROV at the same time. The tension isn't as important in still water but in current it's crucial.
      And yes! I think it shows up in the top left corner of the video but I could be wrong. Regardless it shows my depth and temp on the HUD while operating it. It also shows a bunch of other info like heading, roll and pitch, etc.

    Well my bank account dislikes you now. I had no ideas ROV drones had gotten so useful for a decent price! I live on a 50 mile long lake so I NEED that!
    How sturdy is it, think it will hold up?

      I've run into a fair amount of concrete in the canal close to me while testing it's ability to operate in heavy current conditions and haven't had any major issues. Only noticeable damage is it minorly cracked part of one of the motor housings where a screw is. Even with this damage it has still performed flawlessly and I believe I can easily fix it with some glue or a replacement once I've got more time. In still water I don't forsee you really having any issues, the thing is quite sturdy and heavy!

    Hi, does this Rov have simultaneous device sharing to view images on multiple devices????

      @NorthWindAerial  13 дней назад +1

      It does! The wifi supports multiple connections, with the first connection being the Pilot and any further connections being Spectators. I was actually just practicing with this setup last week and connected two tablets to the wifi with no issue, although the spectator mode was a bit laggy.
