  • This video series takes you on real life quotes for lawn care/landscaping/irrigation jobs. While I don't tell you HOW to price it (I could never do that in a way that would be helpful), I do show the things I personally look for that are noteworthy on specific jobs. I hope it will help you, especially if you have a new lawn care or service business you are trying to learn quoting for. If you have more questions contact me at the email below in this description.

At today's prices, the lawncare business must be exorbitantly lucrative to continuously turn down good yards. Imagine a tree cutting service only taking on trees that were easy, unencumbered, and less than 40' tall!

You have to remember this guy is a social media person first and foremost. The lawn business is a front for him to make content that bored people love to consume.

@@jamiepippin3892I’m a lawn care business owner in Florida too. I turn down probably 75% of the calls for quotes I get. If they’re not in the right neighborhoods (route density), have a trampoline, or lot of “things” in the back yard, trashy, or they mention wanting a discount/being on a budget or “oh I fired my last guy/s”. Once you fill up your schedule, not too hard to do in Florida, you can get really picky.

That’s not the case with this guy. I live in a similar climate so I understand how much work is out there. I turn it all away because I have good maintenance clients. No need to waste time on estimates.

I would take that lawn anytime. Our yards are mostly on hillsides and rocks poking up. I have a couple of lawns that take an hour just to string trim (whipper-snip)before i mow.

From what I’ve seen on the tube America has the best flat squarish lawns. I’d take that all day long. Come mow Australian suburban pokey hilly obstacle course lawns and you will realise how great you got it 😂

My reading comprehension isn't very strong bit what I gathered from that bit at the end, is Brad told them he'll mow right over their kids and their dog, if they don't watch themselves, FAFO.
    Get em Brad. 😁😂🤣😂

Dude, I own a Lawn Care company in Central Florida. Not far from where you do business far enough where we don’t compete luckily. do amazing work. Many times I will watch your videos for the overgrown properties to help myself plan how I might tackle some of the overgrown jobs that I take on occasionally.

In my area people normally would charge from $65 I would charge 90 per cut. 130 for first time since edging is really bad.

Cheaper to buy the mower and do it themselves.
