If you have any digitizing software you can do this. I know it's been a year since you posted this. Just in case you were still interested. Any digitizing software that gives you control allows you to do this. Most auto-digitizing software will not allow modifications. I have software that is over 15 years old and it still allows me to do this. Hope this helps. Have a great weekend.
