Awesome!!!! They turned out looking really nice and the tab makes it easy to peel. Great tutorial on how to make the little tab as well. Thanks for sharing.
Hi! I was wondering if you ever got to making that video of the cutting settings… I’m still having issues with understanding the pressure, etc… would love to learn from you!
What is the difference between this machine and eco-solvent printing machines, and in which areas is it primarily used? For example, is it used for industrial machine labels? Another point is that it completely cuts the sheet, which differentiates it from other digital printing machines. What is the reason for this?
I swapped to a 60 degree early on to get good perf cuts. I've used a 45 to do perf cuts on 3mil vinyl and it works ok but overtime it dulls out faster.
Hey, new to the BN2-20. I have been trying to nail down these perf cuts, but I keep getting jams. Do you have an initial blade setting in the carrier? I hear a creditcard, but they can vary. Any advice for the initial perf cut pressure settings? Thanks
Overtime the blade dulls so I would increase by 10 force and do some tests. And if it still isn't working after you increase to 250gf+ then I'd consider using a new blade
Hi, if you don't have it you can create one. It just needs to be named 'PerfCutContour' and a spot color. I can make a video on this soon, though I think Roland's YT channel has one out so it's worth checking :)
I love your perf cut settings. They are way better than the defaults.
Thanks!! glad to help

How can I do perf-cut with contour or kiss cut? What blade are you using? I am totally new to this please help. You make it look so easy. Thanks.
What design program are you using? In Illustrator you can assign the lines perf-cut and contour cut. Let me know so I can try to do a video on it :)
Amazing videos 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much!!
I have the original blade I think it comes with a 45 degree blade is that what you’re using for your settings?

@@PrintBestie Thank you so much for the help!
@@PrintBestie Last question, at least for now! I am using Roland SGPA Paper, do you have a vinyl that feels more like a sticker you prefer?
@manciamusicI can’t find 1651 anywhere.
Help for some reason the perf cut settings don’t work anymore did yours change too ? I’m using your settings
