Now I know this is from the 90s when Paul Michael Glaser was in the UK. Is there anyone who can tell me the name of the show and the year this was recorded?

How did I miss this one???? Used to watch a lot of the TFI Fridays, and never saw this one! Couldn't take my eyes off Paul Michael Glaser....he doesn't look any different!
