But wheeljack is fast enough of a thinker and chaotic enough to counter soundwave's brilliance, so soundwave could possibly be top 5
well he ended up being that ordgenaly he was on the counsel that governed cybertron as a spy master but he was descusted by the corruption so he went to kion to become a gladiator where he met megatron in a non lethal fight after the fight they talked and soundwave eventually became blindly loyal the decepticons in transformers prime are not the same as in the begining of the war in the begining they were mostly in the right but milions of war changes people and megatron went from a person who wanted the best for cybertron to a power hungry tirant which explains why dreadwing went to the autobots when he realised his leader had become a compleetly difrent person he realised that all the war was for nothing

Majority of this list is not accurate. But every character ahead of Soundwave is indeed stronger. I didn't say more powerful or deadlier. That's a different story. However, even so, he's not more powerful than characters like Unicron, Prime 1.0 and 2.0, Megatron, Ulrta Magnus, and probably Dreadwing, and Skyquake. And obviously the vehicon with a tree. He solo's everybody in the show by a mile.
