This place looks awesome and I love the adults only phase. I do wish he could just have prices up by now. I hate the whole car salesman pitch by building value then having it way overpriced.
Really thought I'd see some positive feedback on this.,however, just the usual haters . I'm excited bc I was afforded the opportunity to work on an RV there recently. Kinda lonely in November but some fisherman were getting a boat load of fish off the rocky point. Have a boat to detail there as soon as it shows up. Definitely looking forward to working there in the future! Happy for y'all ❤
10k a year. No wonder they don't want to advertise it. Pool is way to small for 74 rv spots. Dock space is extra. Only 2 grills at pool house for 74 rv's? Electricity extra. Have fun trying to cool your rv on that gravel with no trees.

Why do you think this is a luxury RV park????? I see a pool, fire pits, and ????? How is this a luxury RV park??? You might want to look up luxury RV parks and see what you really get,, Not a hater , but what is there is nice , but far from a luxury status
It's water front property and from what I see and know is land isn't getting any cheaper so price in value will increase with time and .... it's kinda cool 😎 how he said 1 year lease trial & error but Regardless they will work things out and improve over time
First of all, I like the lake , I was just asking why the owner thought his new RV park was a luxury park, not negative.. there are several luxury RV parks on or near the lake and they have the amenities for that,, I believe in the video the gentleman has plans for more improvements,
So negative, why not support the dream. Good for him. Its great to have options gor people. In glad hes doing it.

Try $20,000 a year! We went to the open house and all spots are $20K! To rich for our blood.

We think it’s pretty nice! Far nicer than anything else currently at the Lake so I suppose that’s where the “luxury” probably comes from.
