Just moved to queen creek from east Mesa, I commute to work in Scottsdale daily. The drive is definitely long (about 1hr 15 min) but man the house I was able to get down here compared to other cities in the valley to me makes up for the long commute. Love the video!

Love Az but the price increases just aren’t sustainable…..I mean really how many people can ACTUALLY afford a $750k mortgage honestly….???
Thanks for the comment Irving and great question! And I think sellers will find that answer out soon. There are definitely a lot of homes out here that will need to come down significantly on price if people want to move.

Hey Jane! Thanks for the comment. Yes, there are certain neighborhoods that have a Queen Creek mailing address in Pinal County but they are technically not located in the Town of Queen Creek. That is definitely something I let people know when they reach out so they don't get confused. There are a few differences that people need to know about.
@@LivinginPhoenixAZ technically there are places that are in the city limits of Queen Creek and are in Pinal county.
