They did the same things in 2010 and 2012. 98% of the time they don't even make the playoffs, so wtf. I was at the NFC championship that year and that vibe was the best feeling ever, annihilating GB. We were glad to even make the SB. But for the next couple of weeks nobody in Atlanta was seriously thinking we would win it. Nobody. So really we dgaf about the perceptions of other teams' fans who themselves have never been to a SB. Of course we can all dream about what might have been but at least we got there...it was entertaining af even tho we lost.

    I'm A Big Patriots Fan and I turned off the Game when it was 28-3, I watched Cascablanca on TCM, Half Hour I check back and it's 28-12 , I flick it back to TCM. Check back and it's 28-20 but Julio Jones just made that catch. I went to bed, I check my phone and I saw the pats were in the redzone. I got out of bed turned the game back on and watched the rest of the game and the first hour of the post game show. The Next Day I found out I forgot to stop the recording when I intially turned it off.

My wife and I were on vacation and she went in another room at halftime to read.She returned when the score was 28-20.

    The Offensive coordinator blew this game with his insistence on passing the ball in the second half when he should have been running the ball and using up the clock. This was one of two Brady "gimmies"; Superbowl games that he should not have won. I am still pissed off about this loss.

    • @davidsoule1252
      @davidsoule1252 Год назад +2

      Absolutely! After Julio Jones catch (4.38 on the clock), they were in a good field goal range. All the Falcons had to do was run three plays, make the Patriots use their time outs and kick a field goal. Would have been up 10 points with about 4 minutes to go. Or they could have possibly have made a first down with the three runs. Either way, game would have been over.
