Chickasaw Trace has some sick features too. (I assume that is the place you were talking about to the southwest). And Wilkins Branch has some good trails (and a wallride)

so if i move to nashville next year, i don't have to worry about finding some decent trail systems close by...? I almost want to find the place to live within 20minute ride of the trail system but also under 25 minute commute to nashville if that makes sense? any suggestions? also, i am not that huge of a jumper type of mtb person, more cross country, but can handle black lines, i just don't go out for that, i like to switch up also and go to different trails per week, maybe you can suggest a central location to that puzzle i gave u, or anyone else can, thanks in advance...!!

@@AI-Consultant you will struggle to find many places that are a 20 minute *ride* from the trail and 25 minute commute. Your best bet their would be somewhere near Percy Warner park, but that area is $$$. Another option would be somewhere near east/north nashville. Then youd be by a couple options, maybe a 20 minute drive from the trails, but not ride.

@@bermchasin i'll have to visit one weekend soon, is there months when you guys don't ride because of black ice, like should i get there sooner than later? like nov/dec, instead of jan/feb/mar where it might not be the ideal riding condiitons

@@AI-Consultant black ice isnt a real worry here. Some of the trails close a bit when its wet and rainy, but usually not for too long. Weve had beautiful weather the last few weeks, cold is coming though.
