Garlic is a miraculous food. It is better to grow your own organic garlic. For those who cannot eat it raw, cut the garlic into fine pieces and swallow it with some water (like tablet).
Great video! However, I don’t think I could eat raw garlic. Maybe I’ll try and find garlic pills. Also, I like onions, but only cooked, I don’t like it raw. I recently tried pomegranate juice with green tea and honey, I loved it. I try it by itself.
I put raw garlic ,onion s,beet root ,ginger root collards greens for nitrate oxide ( blood flow) with watermelon rin cayenne pepper with lemon honey and water in a blender blend until smooth and drink i do not blend you are in for a very nice surprise.

You can swallow the whole garlic without chewing it
