Recent Home Depot shoppings, I talked to 8-10 people, surprisingly found out this: 3 people came from California. One from Palo Alto Ca; one from LA area and the other one is from Sacramento area. Even though Some younger worker were growing up here, their parents are Originally from New York, California or other US States. August/31/2024 ( today ), I went to Frisco Costco to renew membership and the woman help me to renew my membership told me that she is from LA metro area. She also told me that many workers in this Costco are also from California. This is obvious that lots of Frisco residents are from California or other states: Local unpleasant complainers moved out plus extrememely fast growing city in last 15 years. There is only one possibility - huge residents are immigrated from other states!
Looked in Frisco however those prices are crazy for the square footage. Even the higher priced ones the finshes were not great for paying close to a million and over million. Are they including Tornado shelters for those prices.

Maybe, another Mar-A-Lago which is closer to OLD PGA American headquarter should be built here!
Someone told me this - Frisco's Fields development is a new USA luxurious city ( city inside a city ) with multiple luxurious communities, not a new community like any other new communities in north Texas. Fields city has its own everything such USA unique PGA American headquarter (i.e. golf's silicon valley) plus high-end and rare-in-the-world Universal Studio theme park! Certainly, several extremely luxurious hotels!

People even identify 2024 Super Bowl Stadium by those words - “Allegiant Stadium is located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip” Las Vegas Strip is the only other Universal Studio location being chosen besides Frisco.

Another Prosper ( maybe Indian ) female real estate agent always had Frisco yutube with title "Worth the hyped?" plus with Frisco-suspicion, disagree face picture always have Frisco "Fields" yutube video with extremely positive tone & presentation! ( She seems expecially like fields' "Brook South" community!) ** It seems to me that Frisco "Fields" communities can change people's mind/attitude from negative attitude to positive attitude! Does this imply that living in Frisco "Fields" can make you live longer, better and more positive attitude to life?
