So beautiful and knowledgeable!!
Shanza, thank you for youtubing with great insights. It really helps to learn demographics for people like us who are planning to settle in TX soon.
Thanks Sunil for watching !
Celina and Prosper are more laid back, but property values there are now getting sky high too
😎 Great video and content! 😎
Appreciate it ! Thanks for watching ✊🏽
I soo love your HONESTY, Shanza!! I appreciate your input, I live in San Antonio right now. I do want to move, but I'm not sure when at where right now, I have some business to take care of first.😊
Thank you for watching ! San Antonio is a good place too!
Love your content! Would you mind doing videos on Grand Praire and Richardson? Also, do you know of any new developments south of Dallas?
Thank you girly :) Will be adding these to my list. There is some new construction homes south of Dallas but if you go further south some suburbs have new communities there! In and around Lancaster, Hutchins, Duncanville etc!
Good video.
Thank you for watching !
Thanks for the Video! Can you do one on MCAllen, TX?
Hey! Unfortunately McAllen is too far from me, I only work around the DFW metroplex :)
@@lifeindallastexass Oh ok. Thanks!
Great Job as always Shanza, my relatives live in Main Vue PCR. They love it to the core! Bought their home for 500k in 2015 and its 1Million now. I regret not investing back then.
Thank you Varun! It’s never too late there are still loads of opportunities in the DFW.
Thanks, yes i believe its not too late since it's a buyer's market now and is a good opportunity to buy at low prices. @@lifeindallastexass
It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. 💯
Well yes… I’m sure people looking to move into Frisco make sure it’s in their budget some of my clients didn’t want to move to Frisco because they wanted more bang for their buck and weren’t too fond of the amenities then there are folks that can afford to live here and like the atmosphere, schools etc. This is obviously for people who want to know more about the area and maybe considering moving
Really love the DFW metroplex
Same!! Been here for over 8 years & not moving anytime soon :)
Buying a house in DFW is crazy right now.. unless, you look at the outskirts like Springtown, Forney, Princeton, Azle, Justin etc.. All these folks from Cali and NY have jacked up real estate prices here with bidding wars offering upwards of $150k over the listing price…in cash! Ask me how I know 😢
A lot of that happened in the summer of 2020 and home prices still haven’t reached that peak again. Hopefully things cool down but we are in a weird environment right now with high rates, low inventory coupled with home affordability issues
Frisco Frisco Frisco!!! One of the best cities!
Indeed Frisco is a great city
Anything off eldorado pkwy and Teel I love especially hall park and the fields and the star
Ohh yes!
@@lifeindallastexass I love the neighborhood knolls of frisco off eldorado pkwy you should do a video about this community
I definitely should, planning on doing more neighborhood tours in the area!
@@lifeindallastexass thanks beautiful
You said the shit is expensive. 😂😂😂 It's going to continue to be expensive. I would love to talk to you about purchasing in the Fields of Frisco.
Lolol I’m serious 😂 You can most definitely reach out to me 254-415-0768 !
Even with a 6 figure salary.. the affordability in DFW is ridiculous!
I agree cost of living has gone up sooo much !
I want to come and visit Frisco.
You should ! It’s a great city to tour :)
I work and go to school here
How do you like it?
@@lifeindallastexassit's cool. I like The Star vibe.
Everyone is so excited, but realistically who is living in those homes? Not the average American.
That may be true, but that only pertains to the residential portion of this! The PGA and other commercial areas will be for everybody and if you have young kids, Universal Kids resort will be perfect for a family outing.
Unfortunately that is true. Average Americans will always get shorter end of the stick and it will get worse with time.
Average? I’ve spent plenty of time in North Dallas, those are very “average” homes for the area far north of Dallas. Most of the people that I know live in $1m plus plus plus, for them and their circles of friends, THAT is average. If nobody was buying, then those areas would not be exploding.
@@boobiyoable yea def out of the range of average Americans to buy here
Dear Sir,
I hope you are well. I researched your RUclips channel. Your channel Video is very good but there are many Gaps in the videos.
1. Video SEO isn't done.
2. Videos don't have to add End screens.
3. Videos don't have Rank Tag.
4. Video Views and subscribers are very low.
If you do the above tasks correctly and upload your videos, then your channel will grow much more than the current time.
I can help you If you want.
Thank you
🤌🏿✨
Thank you for watching ! 😊
hmmm there's really not much to do there if you have to repeat the same thing over and over 😂 why don't you be more honest what to expect like the taxes after owning the house a few years and the heat, mosquitoes, allergies, weather, the traffic period is insane ect.. all of you real-estate RUclips host never mentón the real deal, reality some even use Religion to sale like they say money is the root for deceiving.
I talk about that in my pros and cons videos and also my moving to DFW videos where I go into debt about the allergies, weather, traffic and bugs I don’t want to repeat those cons for every suburb so I just put that in my overall moving to Dallas videos
What about Forney?
Forney is nice! I have a video on it
