- EU4 Hordes are overpowered. This is no different in EU4 1.33. Check out any EU4 1.33 guide for EU4 surrounding hordes and it should tell you the same thing! Here's the thing though - what if every single horde nation was controlled by a player? Today, we use the EU4 discord to make... a discord video. @@TheSocialStreamers hijacking this comment, but if you play with the missions expanded mod, the German minors and all of the formables get good trees. My personal recommendation was forming Rhineland! Mission tree was mostly about playing tall and embracing industrialization

I’m horrible with hordes, I always end up with 0 horde unity once I actually get a good amount of land
If you ever wanna stop the conquest you'll have to reform into something that isnt horde

every four years sounds terrible for easy tracking in multiplayer, just wait till you get to either the end or middle of a decade then go every five years. super easy to track without having to do math all the time.
