@@aregmelkumyan1982 I’ve done that, though arguably at a lower difficulty level versus the AI. The AI is not hard to subjugate if you have enough fleet power, even if you are a pacifist.

RT, who has been dealing with RUclips crap all year to the point of using RUclips as a curse word: "Haha, yeah."
RUclips has become so malicious now, even censoring you in live chat without showing you and sometimes comments as well (let me know if you can see this, should be able to as its a reply)
Like its not the creator moderating, had a talk with someone about it, its algorithmic suppression in the background for some bloody reason (If you minimise and reopen chat, many a message of your own will not reappear, as in it was never truly sent)
It seems Spiff doesnt know that the twitch changes would have made their tos the same as youtube's has been since 2015 as well.
yeeeah, Spiff has gotten pretty lucky. If you look at some creators like literally every anime themed youtuber or directly monetized channels, it's been a real shitshow. At this point in time, having your own sponsors is really your best bet
I really desperately need to see the other side of this stream, this side was so calm and chill and everything went over so easy. I can only imagine how it went for the other two.

I really hope you have more stellaris in the works, this game is surprisingly fun to watch especially multiplayer stuff.

I think a vassalized nation should retain player control. Then when they meet the conditions they can rebel, but if their people like their new overlords it is harder. So basically they are forced to work to support you as with real life, but may attempt sabotage now and then.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding, but player vassals already do retain the original player's control and depending on the agreement also pay the overlord if they set it that way. Unless you meant a suggestion relating to vassals of vassals?
I really like this split format with the general overview, and then the follow up with more details and less concern about spoilers. You gave some great tips that would make running this campaign smoother

As someone that doesn’t play or have stellaris knowledge, I really enjoy the way spiff both nerfed himself and found ways to exploit within those nerfs
As I’m watching on my phone though the border makes the gameplay illegible
Even on pc its rather illegible - I'd say the border was a horrendous call, If it was to not cover up the game, congratulations its not worth seeing any of the text now anyway, if it was to show the goals, like ck3, we really didn't need that
Yeah, on mobile I can't see anything so I'll treat this like a podcast
The real twist is that by having a galaxy with just players, it essentially buffed spliffs nasty fascist empire from the beginning. They have to be stronger to counter the potential federations of factions that you'd usually find in a normal game, so the others can't benefit from the "Good" play-style, and likely were doomed from the start.
Not from the start bu Hazzor and AA were pretty screwed after around 30 minutes , they were slower to get things started and it is not easy to recover from that without a strong AI faction that might attack Spiff and RT.
This was epic. Love Spiff, RT and AA and very much enjoyed my intro to Hazzor. Keep it up gents!

To be fair, Stellaris takes a long time to play and this guy is a youtuber. Probably has to spend a majority of his time playing other games, and editing videos and such if he doesn't have an editor.

Does anyone else have their youtube autoplay choose this video multiple times over the past few months despite having watched it completely multiple times.
I had it do that to me multiple times with like a 3 hour history video of like the history of the nazis or something along those lines that would autoplay while I was sleeping once whatever I had playing finished and it was weird AF. Haven't had it appear again since then but I was always so confused cause it had played thru the full thing several times at that point
I've fallen asleep to a video and woken up to this stream about 16 times now. When RUclips knows I'm not actually watching it defaults to either Spiff or BigMooney06, my most watched channels.
Spiff has rookie numbers in this game. He needs to pump those house up.

wait, wait, wait... I have seen this entire video multiple times and I just Caught some math I never did before ... Hazzor = 40 hours , AA = 29 hours that equals 69. AND Spiff - 400 hours , RTGame = 20 hours that equals 420.

Havent watched it yet, but i am assuming we are playing on 3.8.3, with the infinite unity exploit alive and well. After watching Montu exploit it on stream, was waiting for a Spiff “perfectly balanced” Stellaris episode for a week. Sadly, 3.8.4 has fixed that particular “feature”

Lol, that could bankrupt a small country as a start. Just get the base game and get the feel for it first. If you jump in with all the DLC you might get overwhelmed with all the bits that were also carefully added all the time.
That is, unless, that are on huge discount then get them all. The full game is rather different from the base.

I'm curious what your opinion is of hangers in stellaris I've been using them since I started playing they've always seemed over powered to me like the game I'm playing with a buddy we are 30 years in and well my fortresses are sitting at 20k each and they're still building and they only have 5 defense platforms each it just feels over powered

The destroyers are almost not worth it tbh, between upgrading the corvettes and unlocking the cruisers

When spif said he had lots of hours in the tone he made, I was expecting 2k+. Then he said 400. I laughed. I have 2k myself. And I dont consider that very much considering I havent played more than 100 hrs in the past year
