For those who doesn't know how to deal with Necreph, when they say no lights, they mean any source of light that includes torches. Necreph is also known to teleport in front of you so don't move and look the opposite direction when you hear chains.
Necreph you have to sneak and use only the tablet in night vision mode. You can't have any torches or lights at any time or he will attack. If you do this you only have to listen for his chains and make sure you don't accidentally walk right into him. He is actually quite easy but it's just time consuming to sneak around with only night vision.
I really like the new elements they added to this game! And I love watching John play with Gab, Gary, and Sinow in general, but Forewarned with those four is always especially goofy and fun lmao
hmm then I don't understand why the tips for him say "can't hide"? Seems like what you're describing is hiding? ah well, I guess that's just a misconveyance on the game's side

@@JohnWolfe Necreph will start spawning around light sources. When there is no light on the map he will jump between players/ random places. If he is near you and you hold a light source or someone shines light on you he will get you. The only save way I've found to not die is by using the tablet with night vision and hugging the walls while navigating through the tombs.
As a big old fan of Mr. Wolfe, I just need to know once and for all why MrKravin stopped playing with them. I really really enjoyed their adventures playing together games like Phasmophobia and I miss him a lot. I don't hate The Hot Cross it's just that I feel like when a tv show replaces one of your favorite actors, it will never be the same again. To me, the Boys are Wolfe, Sinow, Gab, and Kravin.

The torches make me unreasonably mad. You clearly don't need them for light, they're lame as weapons and the way you wave them around, you should all have third degree burns all over But even if we ignored that - torches produce smoke, so all these tiny, closed rooms would fill with smoke and you'd probably die of asphyxiation long before any supernatural forces could.
Have you considered checking out Conrad Stevenson's Paranormal P.I.? It is a "realistic" ghost hunting game. Single player, scripted, but really scary. Slower paced. It doesn't have a ton of content yet, but what it has is great.
Kinda. One of those games that came out around when Phas blew up, but it's different enough that I enjoy it for what it is as well. And the devs are still working on it!

When you hear the chain sound, turn lights off, turn away from the sound, and don't move. That's how you escape Necraph.

wow what a surprise, it was Rathos. This is a fun campy game but they need to reduce how often Rathos is the antagonist.
They’ve added more mejai and rathos has been upgraded to a way better model and mechanic.
