scream might honestly be my favorite. for starters its insanely difficult and has 4 phases so it has good length. second love the setting with the rain and cloudy skies, plus its honestly a major Suprise as u wouldn't expect scream to show up in this game. Third, it's the only fight as peter where u don't have access to the symbiote (besides sandman), so if ur someone like me who prioritized the symbiote part of the skill tree, u might not be fully equipped, as well as u no long have the symbiote surge so u can't heal yourself with it and deal insane damage like u could with other bosses.
Honestly, I love the Venom fight as mechanically it feels super rewarding learning his attack pattern, almost like a souls game(honestly the part where the symbiote enemies come in is actually fun as most of them can be insta killed with a single web shot) and emotionally fighting on the football field makes so much sense as that’s where he learned his mom died, she died from the sickness that he wants to prevent from ever happening by “healing the world”. Also the music in the Peter vs Venom fight is actually one of the best songs i’ve listened to that came from spider man, it really makes you FEEL like having an emotional breakdown lol. But the cons are basically the Miles section as it doesn’t feel right seeing as he has like no connection to Harry, yet I feel like if the game as a whole had more Miles involvement with Harry and everything, then the last part would feel right, almost like the Spiderverse Miles vs Kingpin fight where he’s proving that he IS Spider-man, and it would make the Peter taking a break part feel a lot more rewarding. Also seeing him in that costume probably brought down the emotion of the moment just a bit lol. But all in all it’s a pretty good boss fight for me at least.
the one thing you forgot about the lizard fight was the legendary thrash talk by peter to try to get connor’s back to his senses honestly i would put wraith on 9th and kraven playing as venom on 8th they are too easy and the wraith fight doesn’t have the impact as kraven
I don't think kraven as venom was supposed to be hard. The whole point of the fight was to introduce venom as this insanely strong opponent by mopping the floor with kraken, which was a fitting death for kraven like he wanted

The hardest part about the bosses in this game was just how much damage they did per-hit. I did my first playthrough on Ultimate difficulty, and it sucked having half my health bar immediately deleted every time I failed to parry a yellow attack. It's definitely way easier on the second playthrough, or if you focus more on grinding and upgrading throughout the game instead of just speeding through the story.
That's what I did honestly. I did all the side content first before tackling the 2nd half of the game. Wanted to keep the black suit as long as possible lol
Mysterio is my favorite boss of the game because it reminds of the Electro and Vulture boss fight with aerial combat and the visuals looks good. The only nitpick I have it’s a side mission boss, but regardless it’s a good boss, and the bosses in the game are very good.
I love the venom points but the lizard is one of the best boss fights for me. I get having an opinion but man the lizard deserved multiple rounds, some of the other characters don’t that’s fs. This version of lizard is way more of a beast than most.
So I just binged all 3 of the Spider-Man videos and I have to say this one is my favourite one out of the 3 and I like your rankings a lot and have my own for example my favourite boss fight was Miles vs Peter and I have to say Yuri in this has again impressed me with his voice acting as peter and he really made me feel the emotions from Peter in every scene and also every time he was screaming in pain as peter I was convinced Sony was torturing him in the recording studio and also has proven again why he is one of my favourite voice actors but that's all from me keep up the good work and can't wait to see more of your videos in the future

If we look into other games, Arkham Knight for example, Professor Pyg is a boss, but he does not posses a health bar, even though bosses in that game have one. It is more a named character, which is in the story of a game or has in general a villain role, is a thread, goal is to harm you, you interract with, you can loose to and if the encounter is a one of a kind (everything with a health bar is always a boss (if in the gane, only bosses would have health bars) and it also counts as a boss, if the encounter with a character is the climax of a side story). All these are reasons, why I concider Black Cat a boss, she even creates all the portals, which are a challange for the player. That's also why i count the Shoker chase in SP 1 and the Tinkerer chase in Miles Morales as bosses. And something funny at the end, with all that in mind, I kinda concider fricking DARREN as a boss, even though he just sits in a car.

bro they really upped the health on these guys compared to spider-man 1. i was playing on amazing and the bosses were mostly okay to get through, but when i got to fucking venom and scream, i had to turn that shit to friendly to defeat his ass 😂. idk how people complete the game on ultimate lmao, or maybe i just suck ass at video games
