Pork is a king in Czechlands thus if you want to try best of pork go to Pork's in the street Mostecka 16 - you will have to wait in queing but you can not get any better pork knuckle then there - order one and share it because it is enought for two. And the other option is pork ribs - it falls apart when you touch it with knife... If you want to try common Czech cuisine go siply to Lokal (it is pub chain) and order svíčková od goulash.
