idk what you mean about evade not working at all for human fights because if you have an evade targeted on an enemy and you kill them the evade will recycle onto any enemy thats slower than you. tbf only really works without ego on turn 3 with regular characters and even spicebush since he cant get the tremor count turn 1 to do it on turn 2, but atleast for any you can do it on turn 2 with ego & sunshower self gives sanity
Yeah, I thought it was weird that events can trigger combat encounters, but the fights have generic enemies instead of the abnormality. It sort of makes sense because the events are supposed to be more you entering the mind space of the abnormality, letting you interact with it in a non-hostile way, compared to encountering it physically in the boss fights, but still.
