I like the video. It is a good topic and something many of us need help with. I just wanted to add that as a person who grew up catholic I understand many of us emulate the angels, saints, mary, etc (for me though I didn't I probably would have been drawn to paul or others) but I have found as time goes on the bible is our guide to the christian life and Jesus is the example all of us need only seek to follow. You may know this already but still its helpful to reinforce. Jesus is our model for Christian life and the walk we need walk. God bless.

You have to spend about 3 times 15 Minutes in a 210 degree sauna, while the saunamaster is waving the hot air with a towel or a flag(it feels like if someone would flameth your skin). After you spend 15 minuts in the heat you should stand outdoors in your nacked beauty for 10 minutes, then take an ice-cold shower and an ice clod bucket.
