  • Shooting Log is better, but you have to do this first in your color grading process. This easy and essential tip in Final Cut Pro can work on most major editing software and can also work when editing raw pictures in Photoshop.
    Bring back the contrast to your Log footage is important and you can do it with no plugin.
    Log footage allows you to retain information in your brightest and darkest tones. It also gives you flexibility when playing with color contrast in post.
