I was desperately looking for stretches for aching legs, shoulders and arms. Over walked my legs. This was perfect the perfect stretch for my aching body. Now I can relax into sleep! Thank you Katja! 💖
Thank you for your classes Katja. I have returned to pilates after a long break and am really enjoying it. This bedtime flow is great at helping me get a good night's sleep.
You have such a lovely space to practice yoga and Pilates. Walls of windows to let the sunshine in, which for a regular yoga or Pilates set sounds heavenly. However, I did have a small suggestion. For your sessions geared toward nighttime and sleep, have you ever considered filming them later in the day with the sun going down? For the viewer, it would act as a visual cue to tie into the sleep routine. I'm sure the views out back would be lovely in sunset colors. Just a suggestion. Hope all is well with you!
