Thank you for this tutorial and how you did it several different ways so I can do the one that works for me!!! I’m a mom with three small kids and I don’t get to spend much time on my hair. Anyways, I did my hair like this today and I got several compliments! ❤️
Thank you! I love all the cool easy hairstyles you come up with! I like variations 1 & 2. I started using plastic bobby pins. They're more comfortable. I don't remember if I got them at Sally's or Walmart. It was a consideration to not set off a security check alarm if I travel by plane.

And they anchor incredibly well which I think would be helpful to those with thinner hair. The only color I've found are chocolate brown. I've let my hair go grey and they don't really show.

Instead of using a regular elastic for the original ponytail, do you think it would work using a big scrunchie? That way you could have more volume starting out-but I have fine hair and wonder if it would stay in. Love all your videos btw!!

Hi! I have them linked in my description box. They're from Amazon and the brand is my kitsch! They're nylon hair ties. They are very stretchy!! And if they get too stretchy, you can wash them in hot water and dry them. They'll shrink back down to original size. They also don't hurt my head. I love them!

I do the low bun version of the twisted bun all the time. I tried the 2nd one, instead of using a clear elastic to do the bun I used a clear spiral hair tie (elastic trust issues because of thick hair). It worked well, however I have layers that are too short so it was a little crazy. Off subject, did you know there are clear elastic size spiral hair ties that are great for the ends of braids and half ponytails.
You know, I've worn my hair in a bun, like the first one for years. ALOT of years. Had I gotten a little more creative or seen your vids years ago, I'd have had cute (almost cute) buns sooner. Thanks for the tips, tricks & lessons!
